Important Notes:

1. The course WUC 111/03 Foundation Mathematics which was a foundation (optional) course
is now offered as University compulsory course. This change is only applicable to new students
from July 2010 intake onwards. Students are eligible for exemption as per conditions set out in
the Advanced Standing Announcement.

2. International students can be exempted from the 9 credits of Mata Pelajaran Wajib (MPW) courses but
are required to replace them with any other undergraduate courses in order to fulfill the minimum
credits for graduation requirements.

3. The total credit hours for:


new students (July 2010 intake) have been increased to 123.
continuing students (from January 2007 to January 2010 intake) still remain at 120.

Note:

1. This conversion table must be read together with the latest programme structure of the respective programmes.

2. *Effective January 2009 semester, the non-science core elective courses are not offered to SST students, i.e: BBM121, BBM131, BBM111 & BBM211. These courses will
be considered as elective courses for SST students who have taken them and they are deemed to have done the equivalent courses shown in column B under 120-credit
system.

3. Course WUC111/03 Foundation Mathematics which was a foundation (optional) course is now offered as University Compulsory course for SST students. This change is

Thus, the minimum total credit hours required for graduation for Bachelors degree students from the January 2007 to January 2010 intakes are 120 and for Bachelors
degree students from July 2010 intake onwards are 123.
