Whats EOL?
Motorola SPS follows the industry standard EIA-724 Product Life Cycle Data Model to track the life cycle of its product. This model tracks the products life cycle from Product Newly Introduced to Product Phase Out. Products can be phased for a
variety of reasons: improved product performance, change in technology roadmap, process obsolescence, market decline, etc.
When products are discontinued, a suggested possible replacement device or an alternative source of supply for discontinued devices are made available when possible.
For a list of discontinued devices with possible alternative suppliers, contact your local Motorola sales office or authorized distributor.
