Parental Insurance Policy FAQs

1. How do I get my E-card?

The E-card will be mailed to you separately by Mediassist. In case you have not received it,
please contact: wipro.parentalinsurance@mediassistindia.com for issuing the e-card again.

2. How do I apply for claims?

All communications with respect to claims is to be addressed to:

3. How do I avail the cashless benefit?

For cashless benefits, please follow the below contacts and links:

Member can visit any of the MEDIASSIST Network Hospitals with MediAssist Health Card
or the certificate of Insurance to avail cashless facility.

4. How do I claim for reimbursements?


Just follow the below steps for reimbursement:

Attach all original documents along with duly filled claim form and send to the below
mentioned address:

5. How do I submit claims?


For making a claim to Wividus, please enclose the following documents:
Personal accident claim form
Medical certificate
FIR copy (in case of road accident)
Other documents (Doctors prescription, reports, hospital discharge summary, etc.)
Period of TTD to be specified by the doctor
Fitness certificate for resuming office
Letter from BU with leave period, monthly salary and grade
