It is mandatory to show the original identity of participants at the conference venue to attend the conference.
No other person can attain the conference without the prior permission of the conference management.
It is mandatory to reach the venue within reporting time.
Everyone needs to bring their presentation slides in an USB flash drives (pen drive).
Laptop with other audio visual will be provided at venue during presentation.
Do not start journey without taking a final confirmation mail from the convenor/coordinator about the conference.
Keep in touch with the conference convenor/coordinator for any updates related to conference or change of venue if any.
IIRAJ may provide accommodation facilities for the participants.
Best Paper Award and Young Researcher Award will be presented after the technical sessions.
