SmartDrillingMachines:
A new range of smart drilling machines have been designed, developed and optimized for
complex stack up of a wide variety of both hard and lightweight materials as titanium,
carbon,aluminum,etc.

Thanks to the use of additive manufacturing, the 3D printed titanium smart drilling units
(patent protected) have an excellent and unique strength versus weight ratio. Real time
monitoring is offered to guarantee full traceability and an extremely high process quality.
The electrical low voltage power unit and dedicated NC controller are powerful, compact
and safe to operate. The drilling Unit is capable to adjust and to optimize speeds to each
individualmaterialofanystackup.
