place

Students have their own interests according to certain factors. They may not be interested,
giving gaps to their attention, which may be a possible way to decline their participation and learning.
The teacher will make them get their attention using body language, termed in this research as the
mobility of the teacher.

1.4 Hypothesis Commented [MR2]: wala nang explanation, direct to the

hypothesis lang
1.4.1 Null Hypothesis

A teacher who walks around while discussing and a teacher who stays in one place can
get the attention of the students, therefore there is no significant difference between
the teacher who walks around and the teacher who do not.

1.4.2 Alternative Hypothesis

A teacher who walks around while discussing can get the attention of the students,
while a teacher who stays in one place cannot, therefore there is a significant difference
between the teacher who walks around and the teacher who do not.

1.5 Significance of the Study Commented [MR3]: unahin mo yung sa students

This part discusses about the importance of the research about the teachers mobility.

1.5.1 Del Pilar Academy Teachers and Other Staff Members. This study will give way for the
teachers to have another way to get the attention of their students better. By this, their teaching skills
and communication to the students will improve by coping up.

1.5.2 Del Pilar Academy Students. This study will give them an idea on how to enhance their
attention to become more focused to the topics discussed inside the classroom. If they become more
attentive, it can be a way to improve their learning and grades.

1.5.3 Del Pilar Academy and Other Academes. This study can help the institutions to improve
their quality of education. Since the teachers and students can both practice the better way to enhance
the attention, succeeding results of more attention can result to make a better degree of excellence.
1.5.4 Public Speakers. Since discussing in front, like how the teachers do it, is a kind of public
speaking, the result of this study will give public speakers better idea on how to maintain the audiences
attention to them, and not get bored.

1.5.5 Future Researchers. This study can be a future reference to other researchers for further
improvements and new findings about the topic and wherever this study may be related.

1.6 Scope and Limitations Commented [MR4]: I think well explained naman dun sa
part ng pagpili ng strand but kulang ng time of the study
This study was enclosed and performed in the premises of Del Pilar Academy only. saka ibang limitations (kung meron pa)

This study only chose the General Academic Strand (GAS) as the respondents, since GAS
students are under Senior High School (SHS), they are one of the most experienced out of all the
students in the Del Pilar Academy. GAS is also composed of two sections, allowing comparison from
Section A and Section B. And, according to the researchers observations, these GAS students have the
most similar behaviors.

Other grade levels were not chosen to participate in the study, since lower levels have less
experience than the SHS students. Other strands, named as Science and Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics (STEM), Accountancy and Business Management (ABM), and Humanities and Social
Sciences (HUMSS) were not chosen for either having only one section, not allowing comparison needed
for the study, or having almost opposite behavior, as observed by the researchers.
