other companies as well but he was not directly or indirectly involved in such activity

The activities done by Rampon and his NGO were not financing terrorism because as per
the factsheet Rampon and his institution were not involved in such activities like
financing terrorism because his NGO itself was running through the finance of Quattics
from its floated capital and also with other partners including the company of Jamaica,
