The Honorable Secretary called the roll at 2:39 oclock in the afternoon but
only three (3) honorable members of the council were present and nine (9)
honorable members of the council were absent. On motion of Hon. Manggob, duly
seconded by Hon. Dacquiado, session was adjourned for lack of quorum.

ADJOURNMENT
Session was adjourned at 2:40 oclock in the
afternoon for failure to constitute quorum.
