2.1. How to install it?


From your laptop From an iOS device From other mobile device
The software will be installed during a Transition solution
installation campaign before go live. From a professional iPhone/iPad:

3.2 Share your screen with other participants


During a video conference, you can share your screen, following these steps:

1. To start sharing, select share screen
2. You have to 2 choices:

Share your full screen (Desktop)
Share a specific screen 2
Show only one application (if you move to another
application, participants will see a white screen)

3. To stop sharing, select leave


Only one participant can share his screen at a time

Use this feature only with a computer or an IPad

3.3 Mute or unmute your microphone


During your video conference, you can mute or unmute your microphone at any time:

To mute your microphone, select

During your video conference, you can activate or deactivate your camera at any time:

1. During the Visio conference, you write to all participants, you cannot choose a specific audience.

2. Only the host participant can keep the chat history.

3. You cannot copy paste the chat.

1. Open your Lotus Notes Calendar
2. Create an invitation, as usually
3. Before sending it, click on Online meeting
4. A pop up appears:
1. Select the template My Video Conference
2. Check the box include call-in information in
the Location
3. Click on OK
5. IMPORTANT: Dont forget to give your guest
Passcode code to your participants ! To do so,

TIPS Modify your Lotus Notes Invitation


1. Open your Lotus Notes Calendar
2. Create an invitation, as usually
3. Before sending it, click on Online meeting
4. A pop up appears:
1. Select the template My Video Conference
2. Click on the Edit button
3. In the Call-In information section, modify the
invitation and add your guest passcode
Dont touch to the other section(Meeting Room URL,
Meeting Room Name or Password)

2. You will receive your invitation details by e-mail

3. Share those details with your participants

When you reach the time limit of the
call, this one is extended up to 1
hour (by 15 min slot) if there are still

On tablet or touch screen: click on Dial or Call
On remote control, click on the green button, and then
enter dial number form.

3. Dial the number provided in the email (7XXX), then


enter the guest passcode provided in your email
