JOB SATISFACTION SURVEY

You are asked to express your feelings of satisfaction in regards to your employment. Presented
below are 20 statements concerning characteristics or attributes of your job and employment. For
each statement you should provide two ratings: -

a. How much of the characteristic there is now associated with your job.
b. How much of the characteristic there should be associated with your job.

Circle the number on the scale that represents the amount of the characteristic being rated, i.e. low
numbers represent minimum amounts and high numbers represent maximum amounts. If you think
there is very little of the characteristic associated with your job and employment you would circle 1,
if you think that there is a lot then circle 5.
