statement and discrepancy detected at any stage would automatically result in the cancellation of my
admission without notice.
I undertake to submit the original MIGRATION Certificate along with other documents (all in
original) at the time of my admission. The College would not be responsible if my admission is cancelled if
I fail to submit original documents in prescribed time. I also certify that I have not been disqualified by any
University/ Board.
I hereby undertake that in case of my shifting from this College to any other College/Institution for
any reason whatsoever, I will not claim refund of the fee deposited by me with the College either through
College/ Management or in any other way.
