Whole Abdomen UTZ (August 9, 2017)

- Anechoic fluid collections are noted in all quadrants as well as in the

visualized lower ----
- The liver is not enlarged with a span of 12 ------ along the 2 midclavicular line
has homogenous parenchymal echopattern. Parenchymal echogenti--- is --- normal
(limits?) not-------- focal mass lesion is noted. The intrahepatic ducts are not
dilated
- The gallbladder is normally distended measures 5.8(1?) (a?) 2.33x1.89cm. Wall is
thickened (0.55cm). No abdominal intra(laminal?) echoes measuring 0.37cm
- The pancreatic head, body and tail are normal in size and echogenicity measuring
2.02(dm? unit ito) and 085 cm, respectively. Pancreatic duct is not dilated. Spleen
us intact and measures 8.77x4.99 cm.
- Kidneys are not enlarged R - 9.51, 83 (---) L - 9.59x3.58x3.77cm with
(portional?) thickness of 102cm. No visible stones. No fecal mass lesion is noted.
- Urinary bladder is underfilled.
- Uterus is enlarged measuring 94x6.94x6.17cm. Atleast three solid nodules/nosses
are present within the myometrium measuring 3.1, 7.23 and 4.5cm. The endometrial
stripe is intact ad measures 0.77cm
- 11.67x11.73, 10.92 cm complex cystic structure with septation is identifies in
the adrexa.
- Abd masting was done on the R. Anterior lower abd. wall with patient in sem.
sitting position. A (meale?) may be inserted perpendicular to the skin with safe
depth of (ip?) to 8cm.
