seeks candidates to fill the following Vacancies in one of its Resorts.
Sous Chef
Candidate is expected to be a team player, able to manage the resorts quality food
operation and different culinary teams, maintaining perfect personal and Kitchen hygiene
standards together with a safe working environment, and ensure that quality culinary
dishes are served at all times and in all areas
Able to lead the kitchen team by example, organizing work schedules and duties to meet
the demands of the business.
Able to manage ordering food items, inventories and daily food costs, menu planning
and engineering to ensure cost margins are maintained. Creating specials & promotions
and unique menus for events, Standardizing food presentation and ensuring its
consistency, Train, develop and manage the kitchen team and supervise/coordinate all
related culinary activities, ensure the proper use and cleaning of equipment together with
all maintenance requirements are expected from the right candidate.
The selected candidates will be entitled to salary in par with experience and qualifications
and service charge of the respective resort, free food and accommodation comparable to
the position with usual fringe benefits attributable to the hotel industry.
