Recommendation:

Harus dilakukan investigasi dan simulasi lanjutan dengan menggunakan spare

part pengganti
UPS system A bisa menggunakan Inverter Module A034 dari UPS system B atau
spare parts pengganti dari PT. Solid untuk dilakukan Normalisasi
UPS system B bisa menggunakan spare parts pengganti dari PT. Solid untuk
dilakukan Normalisasi
Harus dilakukan Test Battery Bank untuk mengetahui performance Battery
Banknya.
Harus dilakukan pergantian Fan + Cap (jika belum pernah dilakukan) karena life time
Fan + Fan Cap adalah 5 tahun
Harus disiapkan pergantian Capacitor DC CB02 karena life time Capacaitor DC CB02
adalah 9 tahun dan sekarang unit nya sudah running 8 tahun
Harus disiapkan pergantian Capacitor AC CB03 karena life time Capacaitor DC CB02
adalah 9 tahun dan sekarang unit nya sudah running 8 tahun
Harus disiapkan pergantian Battery Back up RAM karena life time Capacaitor DC CB02
adalah 9 tahun dan sekarang unit nya sudah running 8 tahun
Persiapkan annual Maintenance untuk UPS dan Battery Bank secara berkala.
Reduce ambient Temperature of UPS room around 20-21C.
Lakukan pelatihan kepada Tim Maintenance PJBS di work shop PT. Solid Energi
Jakarta
