Which is your favorite aquavit?

And how do you drink it? I like a few
different ones, I think its more about
marrying flavors, like what kind of food you
eat and thats also a little bit how you drink
it. Some aquavits work great slightly chilled
and some at room temperature. I think

You have pioneered aquavit as a base

cocktail would be your favorite?
I like simple cocktails. Aquavit with
vermouths. Or just simply an aquavit and
tonic works very well together.

What sort of food would you serve

with aquavit?
Fish and seafoods are great with dill
aquavits, but also pork with a Gammel
Opland Aquavit. In fact, any traditional
Nordic dish tastes great accompanied by
aquavit. Surprisingly, a lightly flavored
aquavit would also work very well with
Korean dishes,.
