More than 23 years of experience in consulting area, implementing and operating technology
projects including change management and aligning integral solutions to the business needs.

I have successfully implemented projects in several countries around the world for diverse
companies mainly in the consumer (CPG), Retail, financial, pharmaceutical and automotive
industries.

At Deloitte, I worked as a SAP Consulting Director, having the responsibility of manage key
accounts but also identify new project opportunities and deliver them (local and global business)
representing for the firm annual revenues over $ 9.00 MUSD, responsible for a team of 140
professionals. Some of my key clients were Coca-Cola FEMSA, Nestl, Estafeta Mexicana, Casa
Cuervo, OCESA, MAGNA, Kidzania and Grupo Charly.

At Novartis, I was the IT Infrastructure Manager responsible for the operation and implementation
of regional projects in Mexico and Latin America. In charge of the budget above $ 13.0 MUSD
annually with a team work of 40 professionals, serving more than 2,000 users in Mexico, Centro
and South America, the areas under my control were telecommunications, voice, video, the data
center, security, field services and the help desk for the six companies of Novartis group.

At EDS I was responsible for the delivery of projects and services for consumer goods companies
such as Coca-Cola Panamco and Coca-Cola FEMSA, as well as for diverse banks and financial
companies such as Banco del Bajo, Comerica Bank, Banco Uno (Guatemala), Banco Multivalores
(El Salvador) and some others.

I have participated in projects in Malaysia, Singapore, U.S.A., Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador
and Colombia which greatly strengthened my professional development as a multicultural
executive.

Deep knowledge in the implementation, use and compliance of methodologies, standards and good
practices in project management and IT operations such as PMI, ITIL and SOX.
