Mr. Tsend has been my supervisor for last two years.

I first met with him to give an interview for joining

the work which was just starting activity as an administrator.

Physically (Looking at Mr. Tsend), looks younger than most other men in their late fifties. He is very small
and thin. His shoulder touching black hair and goggle brown eyes show him very younger and splendid.
She prefers wearing casual, comfortable clothes, but during the week days he always wears costume.

A for his personality, Mr. Tsends striking characteristic is generosity and helpful. My work mats often
asks any kind of help from him including job related and personal both. Mr. Tsend is very good natured
and always has time helping to others. He is also patient, even he has over work loaded.
