Overall Supervision of including such as:

HSE, House Keeping, piping prefabrication including pipe supports, piping erections including pipe
supports, spool pieces control, check and monitor tools, equipment and welding consumables, check and
monitor preservation, pipe internal cleaning for small bore and large bore, including jacket pipes for
storage tanks for H2SO4 (trains 4 and 5);
Schedule monitoring for manpower mobilization welding Dia-inch, No. of spools and Pipe Supports;
Piping internal inspection witness for large bore piping;
Check if the latest construction drawings are used;
Consult Engineering problems;
Check and consult spools delivery in site;
Check work front and coordinate with other disciplines;
Request scaffolding constructions;
Ensure work permits (confined space welding, grinding, erection, work for high level, etc);
Check flange alignment;
Follow Up of punch work;
Prepare daily and weekly reports;

Release for RMC, Performing hydrotest, Reinstalment of lines, Approval by QC and Clients Piping
Inspector and Releasing for Precommissioning.
Daily participation to the meetings of the Production Department in order to establish the priority
operations;
Daily organization of the safety toolbox;
Demanding workers to provide a good quality work and checking that all workers have the complete
safety work equipment (overalls, gloves, glasses, helmets, safety harness and adequate tools).

Daily preparation of the package of drawings and assigning it to leader men;

Daily progress in quality conditions with the required standards.
Identifying what are the available materials in the general store (spool pipes, valves, check valves,
flanges, PSV, gaskets, stud bolts, supports) and inform the leader men.
Preparing the cap pipes for welding joints and inform the chief welders to start the welding operations.

Overall supervision for:

Managing construction activities carried out by contractors, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in
accordance with contract requirement and time frame, and compliance with specifications and standard
established.
Coordinating the activities of subordinated supervisors ensuring that the project steps are respected
Ensuring that contractors duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel and in sufficient
number to achieve objectives;
Coordination of fabrication for 20 temporary bridges;
Painting pipes and supports in workshop;
Work organization of reactors area site, such as:
Assembly two towers crane;
Bringing a permanent crane type COBELCO by 250 tones
Bringing also four hydraulic crane type GROWE & TADANO by 100 tons, 80 tons, 55 tons, and 30 tons.
Bringing the Diesel welding machines (40 pcs.) and all the cables and tools for welders, including also
40 portable welding machines.
Bringing the tools container and all the tools and devices for piping group.
