ONE JPIA PROJECT

OBJECTIVES
- The Project entitled ONE JPIA is created for the purpose of promoting and elevating
the regional councils of the NFJPIA.

This project aims:

To strengthen the connection between NF and RF
To help the RCs in realizing their goals and objectives
To aid in promoting the activities and events of the RC
To acknowledge ad recognize the efforts set forth by the RC
To help in membership promotion.

CONCEPT
- The project shall be composed of different videos and pictures during the event of the
RC. One JPIA will highlight the accomplishments done all throughout the mid-year of the
federation.

Assigned Person
NVP Communications & Standcom - will compile the photos and videos per region;
create a storyline

Scheme
- RCs will have to interview members/ officers regarding the activities of JPIA, (this may
include the learning s, growth received and earned). It must be spontaneous in manner.

Probable questions may include:

- How was JPIA a family?
- How do you transcend the essence of unity inside our family?
Deadline for Submission by Region
- Sept. 30, 2017 (The pictures, videos of activities that transpired and the interview)

Deadline for Finished Product

- October 7, 2017
