SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL BY MEN THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JAMES EDISON JAO, of legal age, single, Filipino, and resident of Catbalogan City,
do hereby name, constitute and appoint ADONIS ONG CO alias APOLLO, also of legal age,
married, Filipino and resident of Davao City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:
To administer and manage in my behalf, and to do all other acts, deeds, matters and
things on unit 4127 and 4128 Bldg. 4 One Oasis Davao City and it affairs, or to concur with
persons jointly interested with myself therein doing all acts, deeds, matters and things herein,
either particularly or generally described, as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as I
could do in my own proper person if personally present;

To transact, negotiate, make, execute, sign and receive papers or documents, and
agreements with all the occupants of my property located in Davao City, except to sell said
property; collect, demand and receive rentals of the same doing all acts and things necessary
to carry out the above purposes;

To apply for permits, clearance, pay charges and taxes with the concerned government
and private agencies and instrumentalities; attend the corporation annual board meeting and
other undertakings necessarily;

To act on all matters as my said in the prompt disposition of the action and as may be
necessarily thereto.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto may said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or
proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could do if personally present and acting in person; and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fats shall lawfully do
and cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
