Subject: Change in Pay-in & Pay-out time for NSE, BSE and MSE settlements.

All Participants are hereby informed that as per the intimations received from National Securities
Clearing Corporation Limited (NSCCL), Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) and Metropolitan
Clearing Corporation of India Limited (MCCL) (Formerly MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited), on
account of settlement holiday on Monday, December 12, 2016, deadline time for Pay-in of securities for
various settlements of NSE, BSE and MSE scheduled on following dates have been
advanced/changed, details of which are as under:

Accordingly, the CC Calendar in the eDPM and Local DPM system have been revised. With the above
changes, Participants can capture and verify/release instructions till the aforementioned NSDL
deadline time. However, it is advisable that all instructions relating to Pay-in are executed in the
eDPM system well before the aforementioned NSDL deadline time.
