Good Ethic : Communication

Communication is a process in which a person or persons, groups, organizations, and


society creates, and uses information to connect with the environment and others.

In every aspect of business, communication plays an important role to enhance


cooperation and understanding. Emigrating business teams and encouraging the
opening of communication channels between them can lead to a lot of
miscommunication that can spoil the business process. With their creative synergies,
teams can bundle innovative solutions that can make the business superior to other
competitors. Communication should be encouraged in every business organization to
create a positive force
Bad Ethic : Gossiping

Gossip or rumor is selial news that is widespread and at the same time a public secret
in the public but the truth is doubtful or is negative news.

A study proves, 63% of respondents agree that the gossip brings a negative impact to
the work atmosphere. Employees who feel insecure with their position in the office,
will feel increasingly uncomfortable between the gossip maze in circulation. As a
result their performance and morale will decrease. This situation in the end will
inevitably affect the productivity of the company, the morale of other employees, and
of course the atmosphere conducive in the office environment.

Another effect of gossip in circulation is the loss of trust from employees to the
company. They feel the company is facing something that might be a crisis, but
management does not communicate it to employees.
