Q What is your philosophy on educational
leadership?
My leadership philosophy is based on the

Q In what ways have you demonstrated

A I am a strong advocate for Child
development and education. As a former
early childhood education director, I led a
successful organization, recognized by
NAYCE, for more than 10 years. I have
utilized that same passion for supporting the
education of our children to further my
efforts in K-12 instruction.
Q How have you been innovative in your
approach to educational leadership?
Leadership in an educational setting comes in
A many forms so I have had to think outside of
the box in establishing and maintaining a
leadership platform. One strategy for doing
this has been through University partnerships.

such as ASCD is to take advantage of the
