practice of Primordial Economy.

Start by considering that wealth refers to everything and
anything that has a value, tangible or not tangible, the wealth is
all that its owner can claim property of, or for which the owner
is considered as source, generator, creator or developer.

For example, copyrighted materials, patents, trade marks, are

them the creativity, design ability, knowledge behind the
patents or publications is property as well of the creator. As a

value of things, and that their value has been adjusted to
represented mostly and only 2 classes of phenomena related to
its production, instead of 9, the natural conclusion will be that we
are living in a not-real economy.

The intention of this booklet on Primordial Economy, is to suggest
a shift of perception, and realize there is actually a path to be

Assigning Value to Human Phenomena I!

Tangibles value can be set even by international standards, on a
global unique value, which will not vary from country to country,
market to market. There are known methods utilized for that
calculation.
In the same manner can be a Primordial Value defined for
property: natural or artificial. For example if land for which a value
will be set, has an added functional infrastructure and if the same

land is close to a natural environment with high value for quality of
living, or if it is close to communication and transportation 1 8
facilities, highways, services; or if there are any other type or
related service which will reduce the year investment/
expenditures of an owner that would like to live there, work there
or have leisure time in it, along any or particular season of the

year, or any other factor, variable or condition that increases value.

Important to notice will be indicators like self-sustainability,
sustainability, resilience, energy sources, community and local
policies, laws, infrastructure, services, networks, culture, beliefs, 3 6

Artificial phenomena has as well a preset possible to be identified
value, for example technology, machines, roads, buildings,
textiles, artificial raw materials, recycled materials, up cycled
products, services installations for water, electricity or energy,
communication and transport, medicine, governance, military/
defense and others created by human and machine.

In the case of the artificial phenomena created by human and
machine, the value of it has been set according to working hours 1 8
of a particular set of employees with skills and knowledge that has
been quantified, and monetized, received value and price per
hour or task completion, which was added to the overall costs of
production, materials, packaging, distribution, and sales of the

Here, from the point of view of a primordial economy, several
fields of wealth, property value has not been included, quantified,
monetized, predicted nor calculated. Again, for the modern 3 6
global culture, mostly only 2 elements are utilized for strategic

While the primordial value of things is calculating by adding the 4 5
value of the phenomena that belongs to the 9 classes and that all
9together compose the phenomena we would like to give

The value of professional skills applied for production, service or
management of a particular service or product, calculated in
reference to a unit of service based on hour(s) or task completion,
is locally or regionally even internationally set within a range that
vary according to individual CV, profile and market. A review of
the general rules, indicators, formulas utilized for the calculation of
the professional skills value, will be done in the third chapter. 9

By applying a score card system that quantifies human value of 1 8
every citizen, as well will give a background reference for the

calculation of the value of the individual and cluster, organizational
and national skills. This particular indicator will vary in the number
of dimensions of the human individual that it quantifies. 2 7
Considering a dimension of the individual as a field of human
phenomena that is an asset, or has a value, (wealth, property) for
example a skill. Within a class of human phenomena (9) may be
found several skills, or score lines. The most advanced

associated of 350 points/unit. (Mostly a real human performance 9
per day can be achieved in no less than 3x45 min, or about 5x45
min; giving the question why jobs of 8 hours shifts ?) 1 8
Noticing that a project in the case of this individual would be

completed in 9 units, the value of the project/this particular
individual will be of 9x350 points/project = 3150 points

Giving the individual the possibility to take more projects per

completion of a working task, the higher the value of the working 9
