Analysis KPIs on daily basis & find out the SD &TCH blocking, SD &TCH Drop,HOSR
worst Cells. Find out the Proper solution for that type of Problem as per according to
the Conditions. On day to day basis and utilizing the resources to meet the standards
of KPIs.
Responsible for performing the drive test by DT Engineer for the network at regular
intervals to check the Quality of Service & changing system parameters like
Frequency, neighbors list, antenna orientations & tilt to achieve better coverage, call
quality & network capacity.
 Suspecting Hardware faults & rectifications by analyzing alarm logs.
Providing technical support to the RF Engineers and BSS team to making their
working environment healthy.
Test for MOC MTC SCFT SMS test during drive test.
Data collection of Audit data, log file of site & cluster drive.
Doing Drive test, rectify swap, hardware issue and troubleshooting to find out the
issues.
Analysis log file to resolve the issues of coverage problem, hand over and other
issues.
