How to teach and make teachers effectively deliver instruction

Questions on how to teach effectively and how to make teachers effectively deliver instruction
with the purpose of promoting the well-being of the learner through the learning process are just two of
the many questions that have perplexed educators in the past years, not only in the country but in the
different parts of the world. However, it is heart-warming to note that transformation or innovation in the
study of curriculum and the instruction over the years clearly provide everyone in the educational world
the well-founded truth about the conditions where students can be taught to learn and achieve better
development of their knowledge, skills and attitudes for intelligent application are they transverse the so
called highways and by-ways of life

A concerned and loving teacher is what students value during their formative years as he/she is
thought of being the sources of wisdom that may enable them to live peacefully and productively in this
world. But being a concerned and loving teacher is not enough, he/she should be perceptive and
innovative to satisfy the other needs of the students. He/she must be flexible and be more creative in the
application of different teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles and modalities of the
diverse learners. A teacher of this caliber is worth more than all the educational theories designed and
planned to improve the quality of instruction.
