responsible, work in totality and confidence.

The steps to be taken to become a professional technician in my opinion:

1. Never hide something that could hurt the company.
2. Every run of his work must be in accordance with the rules of the company.
3. Must be able to accept the risk of every job he runs, whether it's good or bad.
4. Working optimally in accordance with ability and skill.
5. Dare to give suggestions or solutions for the progress of the company if there is a problem.
