Greet the board with Salam or Good
morning/afternoon
Seek permission /wait for their approval to
sit
Prepare to Introduce yourself name,
discipline, what you do.but wait for Follow right way of sitting in front of board
listening to them
ON THE DAY

Be early
Be careful what you wear-White shirt and black pant
is sufficient but you may wear tie and jacket
Be careful that you have original copies of all
documents that you submitted with applications
Bring a pad and pen (although dont expect to take
many notes)
Expect to be nervous but try to deal with it
positively/constructively

- Pen and paper
- Original copies of all documents you submitted with
applications
- Admit card
- Drink/water
ANSWERING
QUESTIONS
Generally they asked questions related to your current occupations so list down all tax related issues wit your
current profession
-For example if you are working with any tax consulting or other consulting organisations like indenting
/advertisement/trading than you must learn
a. What would be the source tax for those services
b. Who is liable to deduct source tax
c. Where to deposit
d. Tax rate on company and individual income etc

Similarly for other professions we need to practice your profession related tax issues along with other common terms.
