Look at students prior knowledge from the previous lesson. A class discussion will take
place based on the previous lesson.
- We used our senses to help us discover what happened
- We thought about whether the changes were quick or slow, and whether it depended
on what sought of day it was.
Students will be put into pairs by lining up the children from highest ability to lower ability
and the lower ability children will loop around and stand in front of a higher ability child, that
will be their pair.
Mystery items will be placed in a box in the middle of a table. The children job will be to
explore the materials and think of a way of how you can make a physical change to the
materials.
