We recently moved to patrington haven from another park in the
area. The reason we did move was the beauty of the place and
the standards of facilities and the length of time they are open.
Its very peaceful and quiet and the move was easy. If youre
thinking about moving parks, just get it done and dont dawdle.

We viewed a number of parks before settling on Patrington but
Patringtonss facilities were fantastic. This coupled with the
peace and quiet and how well the grounds etc. are maintained
made Patrington the stand out site. There was no hard sell and
our sales advisor, Rose was both knowledgeable and helpful
ensuring we fully understood the commitment we were taking on.
We viewed a lot of static caravan parks before settling on
Patrington. We chose Patrington for its amazing facilities,
the peace and quiet on the site and how beautiful and well
maintained it is. We have also never once walked around site
and had a member of staff ignore us they always say hello and
so do the other home owners.
For us the sales side was also very important. Our sales advisor
was Rose and she has been amazing, nothing too much trouble,
answered a million questions, reassured us and never once did
she try the hard sell. She just gave us information so that we
could make our own informed choice. We never once heard
the usual sales patter of, hurry or you will lose out! We dont
like to feel like we are being pressured for a sale and Patrington
never did this. No matter what decision we would have made
we feel that Rose would have been respectful of our choice. We
explained our needs and the caravan we have purchased is just
perfect and Rose found it for us. She has been wonderful.

Since moving in any teething problems have been dealt with
quickly and professionally with all the staff happy to help.
The site is definitely living up to our expectations and we look
forward to spending a lot more time here in the future.
