Personality is what makes each person who they are. Every person is different therefore
everyone has their own personality which in the end would define them as individuals in every
aspect or stage of development in their lives. Personality is what makes us who we are as well
as being different from others that surround us. Each person possesses his or her own identity.
This can go as far as the way the person looks at things, how they judge, and the way their
thought process works.

Our class is assigned to take a personality test. The result of the personality test can
identify whether a person possesses a dominant, influential, steady, or corrective personality.
After completing the personality test, I have been able to carefully identify my personality. Based
on the test result, I have a steady personality. Individuals who fall into this category are easy
going, loyal, patient, good administrator, consistent, agreeable, a good listener, service-
oriented, and realistic individuals as their strengths. Tolerant, resists change, stubborn,
procrastinates, indecisive, indirect with others, cant say NO, has difficulty with deadlines
avoids conflict, and lacks initiative as their weaknesses. I have found the result of my self-
assessments to be a very insightful and accurate description of myself.

It is stated that steady person are easy going and I myself admits to possess this kind of
personality because I believe that our life is planned by God but is within our control. I consider
myself a loyal person though I believe that other people considering you loyal, is what makes
you a loyal person, not self-opinion. I can commit myself to someone and can stick to them
through thick and thins. I am a patient person. I can wait no matter how long it takes and I have
long temperament over someone or something. I am a good listener. I can listen to someone all
day/night long but Im not good on giving advices. I am a realistic person, my actions define me
who I am and I dont fake interests. These are some of the characteristics that describe me
which fall down to strengths of a steady person.

On the other side, most of the characteristic which belongs to weakness of steady
person is agreeable to my personality. But I guess one of the characteristic which is stated in
this category is not my personality. I am not tolerant. I am not especially tolerant of people,
who just won't stop talking, or loud, or really self-righteous people. I get annoyed by this people
but I prefer not to act and just keep these things by myself.

After this personality test, I have learned that no person has same personality. And
these differences should be respected because we are after all is equally created by God.
