We, 3rd year Education students from Lourdes College Higher Education Department, are conducting a research
study with a purpose of finding out the common beliefs and practices among Values Education teachers in assessing
students learning in the subject. Hence, we would like to request for your participation, which will involve the filling up of
this survey honestly as part of our data gathering.

1. I use performance-based assessment in the subject (Oral Recitation, Role Play, etc.)
2. I present the criteria of a given performance, project output, etc. to my students.
