RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement made and executed this the XXth day
of October, 2016 at Hyderabad by and between:

Sri XXXXX, S/o XXXX, aged about XX0 years, Occ; XXXX,
R/o XXXXXXXXXX

Herein after referred to as LANDLORD (Which expression unless


repugnant shall mean and include the heirs and successors in
interest).

AND

1) Sri XXXXXXXX ,S/o.XXXXX, age:XX years, Occ: Business,


R/o H.No. XX, XXXXX, Hyderabad

2) Divya, W/o XXXXX, Aged about: XX yrs, Occ: XXXX,


R/o XXXXXXX.

Herein after referred to as the TENANTS (which expression unless


repugnant shall mean and include the heirs and successors in
interest).

The Land Lord is the absolute owner and peaceful possessor


of the Schedule premises and decided to let out the schedule
premises. The Tenants agreed to take the schedule property on
monthly rental basis from the Land Lord for residential purpose.
The following are the terms of said rental agreement.
NOW THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the duration of the Rental shall be for a period of 11


months commencing from XXXX, 2016 to XXXX, 2017 with an
option to extend further for a period of 11 months on fresh
terms and conditions.

2. The monthly rent for the Premises shall be Rs.XXXX/- (Rs. XXXXX
only) per month. The Tenants shall pay rent on or before Xth
day of every month. The Tenants have to pay X months
advance for the premises.

3. The Land Lord shall provide all amenities to the Rental


premises. The Tenants shall pay water bills, electricity bills and
monthly maintenance charges, except the property tax
relating to the premises.

4. The Tenants shall use the premises for residential purpose only.
The Land Lord shall not interfere or obstruct in the enjoyment of
the Rental premises by the Tenants during the period of stay
except on reasonable and legal grounds.

5. The Land Lord shall have right to demand rent and receive it
from Tenants. The Land Lord shall give receipt for the rent so
received to the Tenants.

6. The Tenants shall not commit any act detrimental to the person
or property of the Land Lord during the subsistence of this
lease.

7. The Tenants shall not commit any irregularity, illegality, and act
contrary to the control orders or any enactment during the
subsistence of this lease. Any contravention of rule, bye-law,
provision, regulation, Act invariably determine the lease
without further notice and the Land Lord is entitled to take
possession of the property forthwith.
8. The Tenants shall hand over the premises in the same condition
as is given at commencement. In case either the party
decided to cancel this rental agreement, they shall do so by
giving 3 months prior notice.
