OBJETIVOS GENERALES

Abordar el proceso de diseo de las instalaciones sanitarias, partiendo de la base que este forma parte de un proceso, ms amplio, de diseo
global del edificio, y que ambos deben desarrollarse en forma simultnea, interactiva y coordinada.
Realizar proyectos de instalaciones con criterios cientficos y tecnolgicos, con independencia de las normativas y reglamentaciones, las que sern
un marco de referencia para la verificacin final y no un punto de partida.
1.1. Topografa
a) Plani-altimetra.
La planimetra estudia el conjunto de mtodos y procedimientos que tienden a conseguir la
representacin a escala de todos los detalles interesantes del terreno sobre una superficie plana (plano
geometra).

1.2. Caractersticas hidro-geolgicas

a) Napa fretica.
2) anteproyecto
a)Definicin de los trazados generales de cada uno de los sistemas de abastecimiento, incendio y desage.
Expresin grfica de los mismos.

b) Insercin de las instalaciones en el contexto del sistema constructivo.

3) Proyecto

a) Abastecimiento de agua:
Determinacin de necesidades de acuerdo al tipo de programa, cantidad de usuarios, etc.
Cuantificacin de las dotaciones y reserva.

Eleccin del tipo de sistema de abastecimiento.

Definicin del esquema general de la instalacin y vnculo con los servicios a abastecer.
Resolucin de la red interna de cada servicio o tipologa.
Agua caliente sanitaria: generacin, acumulacin y distribucin.

Discriminacin del tipo de espacios exteriores segn su aptitud para captar agua de origen pluvial
(permeables o impermeables).
