SUMMARY

In this activity we will see the forecast in sales, supply and purchases, also familiarize ourselves

with new words of logistics in English since learning a second language opens up many

possibilities to globalize our work and learning.

2. My forecast is going to be focused on the sales of a product of the company Zoetis, which

I am the coordinator of Inventories of this client.

3. Items: what you are going to forecast, examples: sales of a product, revenue the

warehouse of a product, etc.

I will predict sales of a product of the company Zoetis called REVOLUTION 12% - 2.0

ML This product serves to eradicate fleas, parasites and any kind of allergy that has the

pet or animal.

4. Time horizon: S va a ser a corto, largo o mediano plazo? Va a ser un pronstico

diario, mensual, anual?

The forecast I am going to make is monthly, because for me it seems better because I can see the

trend of sales of this product month by month, I will do it in the middle level with a rank of one

year.

In this chart I show the sales of the product studied, it is seen that from 2016 to 2017 there was

an increase of 2278 units which indicates a 15% increase in sales, in the second activity in

forecasting 2 we will see the demand forecast of this product.

CONCLUSIONS

In this activity we start to inquire about the product or service that we want to show and with

which we work, in order to have a forecast of demand and offers, calculating the supply

determined for each product
