Verify and assure accreditation, certifications, approvals along with profiles of Vendors, external/
third party or independent agencies for material receiving inspection and attachment.

Perform fit up inspection and prepare record of all fit up joints on site and shop, and submit to
the client for review.

Visual inspection and coordination with NDT coordinator for NDT examination of welding for Piping
and pipeline.

Coordinate with Engg/technical department & solve the technical issue e.g. as built/revised
drawing, vendor issues and technical queries.

Conducting dimensional checking & connection types as per approved IFC & fabrication drawing.

Conducting field installation/erection inspection for plumbness alignment & Bolt tightness test by
using applicable specifications & codes.

Review technical data sheets, ITP, Purchase orders, test reports -Type, Sample, Routine, Special
etc, Certificates, and related drawings & documents issued for construction.

Field check-up as per drawing to confirm the installation as per drawing tag numbers

Witness of intenral cleaning /flushing ,system layup in and in erection field.

Witness of aligment orienation & dimensions of installed pipe.

Witness of flange joint assembly & bolt torque.

Ensure the correct rating gasket and bolts are insatlled.

 Coordinates with construction, testing group, and QC department in the preparation test
requirement of each test package...

To conduct all required tests in accordance with Contract documents and to prepare, fill in and
sign all reports and forms as necessary for the compliance with Contract Quality Standards.

Track, monitor, and status progress of piping test packs.

Conducting Pressure test, service test (Air, Nitrogen, Lube oil and Pneumatic).

Maintain quality records such as log book of the work performed, QA/QC weekly report,
Internal inspection report and Non conformance report (NCR).

Raise inspection calls for vendor inspection by client's representative & notify to external/third
Party/independent agencies

Verification of test results, reporting and recommendation to QA/QC Manager for necessary
Actions& recommend shipment of goods through release for shipment certificate.

Co-coordinating with 3rd party for testing & attending the meeting internally, consulting & clients.

Review and implementation of Quality System & Control Procedures, Inspection & Test Plans as
per client project specifications, design criteria and different international acceptance codes and
standards.

Check and review test package documents that the data contained here within are accurate and
complete prior to perform hydro test.

Responsible for providing quality assuring to ensure that all requirements of standards have been
met.

Make sure that activities should be done in accordance with standard codes of practice, drawings,
applicable job specifications, quality Control procedure (QCP) and Inspection and test plan (ITP)
at the job site.

Implement approved working procedures according to the standards.

Perform other jobs within the competence that may be assigned.

Reporting and providing feedback on quality matters regarding implementation activities and
inspection issues.

Coordinate with site engineers, vendors and clients for smooth flow of the project.

Prepare detailed records and reports at all inspections conducted at the site and maintain the
quality control documentation.

Test package preparation and verification, Line checking and preparation of pretest and
reinstatement punch lists..

Responsible for the inspection of pipe supports. Installed on the erected pipelines as per IFC
drawings and pipe support as per standard drawing.

Conduct line checking of piping for the completeness and coordinates to Engg/technical
regarding modification/revision for red line as per IFC Drawings, Isometric and P&ID,s.

 Ensure correct flanges (rating / specification), valves, and gaskets, based on bill of materials
(BOM) of ISO drawings.

Ensure that all safety measure comply including personnel, material and equipment by proper
risk assessment and work permit systems

Making reinstatment punh list & clearing items.

Inspection of gasket ,supports,valves prior to line reinstatements acceptance as per the latest
dwg for constuction ,code & specification and stabdards,.

Reinsatatment and pre-commissioning Inspection

Coordinates to construction for PMCC punch list closure.

Clearing of MCC(Mechanical Completion Certificate) items
