Re: Energy Conservation

Reduction of energy usage at Johnson Finance is a top priority for the success of our organization. The committee charged with
energy reduction has proposed several options to assist with lowering energy cost by 35 %.

Computer usage turn computers off when not in use

LED lighting change to energy saving LED lighting
Power strips use power strips to avoid overloading outlets
Turning lights off turn lights off when not in use

This will allow the organization to lower the expense for electricity. The savings from power usage will allow the organization to
rehire former employees. The larger workforce will decrease employee workload and increase customer service. By focusing our
efforts on energy reduction we contribute to the success of our organization and energy conservation.
