I am special education and I cant enter attendance in

Progress Book!
Click on progress book

Click on daily attendance

Go to the drop down menu at the top and choose the classes that your students
are in (Math 3-5 or Math k-2) and your students will appear!

Each student will then have a drop down, choose absent or tardy if applicable; the
if you leave it blank it means they are present.

Click save attendance.

I need to create a password in Pearson for my

students; how do I do this?
Go to the intranet

Under links, choose Easybridge

Log in

Click on student roster

The next screen will give you the option to create one password for the whole
class, or each student to have separate passwords.

I cant see my textbooks in Pearson!

Go to the intranet

Under links, choose Easybridge

Log in

Click on add products under each student roster section

Go to Pearson realize

You should be able to now see all your textbooks

How do I create an assignment in Pearson!

Go to the intranet

Under links, choose Easybridge

Log in

Go to Pearson realize

Choose a program (ex. Math grade 2)

Click on the topic

Go to each individual lesson and then click assign

Select a start and end date

You can also select and indivudal student or whole class

After entering in the data; click assign

A pop up will come up if the assignment was successful.

My surface will not start!

If your surface does not start; dont panic!.
Plug in the power cord, let charge for at least ten minutes and attempt to
turn on again; did this work? No, go to next step:
Hold down the power button and the volume button simultaneously for at
least 15 seconds and let go..
Wait another 15 seconds.
Hold the power button on for at least 15 seconds.
Did this work? If not, call tech support.

I have two sets of students; ones that receive letter

grades A-F; others receive EMP & it is only showing
one type of grade!
Go to your gradebook

Click on setup grading scales.

Choose custom setup

Choose to show students

There will be a drop down box by each student

For each student that is A-F grading scale choose that option; for each student
that is EMP choose that option

Click save

My midterms will not print?

Go to your gradebook

Click the drop down select a report

Choose student progress report

Click run

Then click show student

Under each individual subject choose the student for the report while holding
down the ctrl key and click the right arrow when all is selected.

Select the time frame (ex. Q1)

Click submit

Games in ABCYA will not work!

Restart computer

Attempt the game again

Check to see if you have the most current flash player

The admin will need to come install any needed software; contact admin

A member of the IEP team cannot see the IEP!

Log into IEP anywhere

Select the student

Select the IEP

Go under share

Check the collaborative team

Search for the individual to be added

Click the individuals when found

Choose for them to be able to edit, just view or if they are owner (note only the
owner can add other people).
