structures in order to become familiar with
complete sentences in Spanish so that we can
begin learning how to write and speak in
complete sentences.
Predicates tell us something about the subject
and it includes the verb.
EX: Abel camina por la escuela.
Dia 2
Do Now: In notebooks students will explain what a
predicate is and provide an example. How are
predicates different from verbs?
Big picture: Why is it important to learn about
predicates?
Recall information learned about predicates
and introduce the term sujeto/subject
Students will take their notes and paste in their
