Electronic Service Tool Will Not Engine Cranks, But Will Not Start
Communicate with the ECM Connect Electronic Service Tool to the Cab data link,
turn ignition key switch ON, engine OFF. Attempt
Engine Pressure Sensor Open or Short Circuit Test Does not crank,
Try to start the Engine.
