Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah Bagi pihak RSUD
Jombangla perlu mengembangkan sistim informasi manajemen Rumah Sakit
untuk lebih memudahkan pelayanan serta evaluasi cepat terhadap kebutuhan
pelayanan rumah sakit.
ABSTRACT
CORRELATION WITH THE QUALITY OF PATIENT SATISFACTION IN
THE VVIP GRAHA Waluya Hospital JOMBANG
The increasing demands of society will be the quality of health care, then it needs
to be improved service functions to provide patient satisfaction. Quality of service
is a form of assessment of consumers (patients) to the level of service received by
the level of service that diharapkan.Penelitian aims to determine the relationship
between service quality and patient satisfaction in hospitals Waluya VVIP room
Graha Jombang.
This study used a cross-sectional method, with a total sample of 40 respondents
using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through observation and
then tabulated by using frequency distribution and tested using Spearman's test
with significance level = 0.05.
The results showed a large majority of service quality as much as 29 people
(72.5%) and mostly satisfied as many as 31 people (77.5%) .. Based on obtained
Spearman test P = 0.00 (<0.05) means that there is a relationship between
service quality and patient satisfaction.
The conclusion that can be drawn from this study are those Jombangla the
hospitals need to develop a management information system to make it easier for
hospital services and rapid evaluation of the need for hospital services.
