Management Department

I am writing in response to your job advertisement for a summer

internship, as advertised on the Hang Seng Bank website.

Presently, I am a Second-Year Bachelor of Business Administration

student at Hang Seng Management College. As part of my program so
far, I have taken Probability and Statistics as well as Information System
in Business, for which I received a B+ grade, which can prove that I have
good analytical and integrated skills. In fact, the college has taught me a
series of teamwork and communication skills through group projects and
independent study through personal assignments. I believe I possess
considerable qualifications and job-specific skills to apply for the post
advertised.

Last summer, I worked as an office assistant on a summer internship

programme with Ming Hua company in Inner Mongolia from June to
July. It gave me a valuable opportunity to widen my horizon and gain
working experience in the company. For example, I learnt how to use the
Excel to input the financial data and learnt financial knowledge. I also
experienced how to communicate with foreigners through regular
meetings. Those experiences could enhance my communication skills and
analytical skills to handle more difficult jobs in future. Also, I need to
manage daily administration work and handle enquiries, which enables
me to understand the importance of time management and priority-
setting.

I consider myself to be a talkative and confidence person (while in

HKDSE, I got level 5 and 4 in Chinese and English oral respectively.) In
my spare time, I talk with my friends and family because I think that
talking can help to understand someones feelings. I think my
communication skills can help me know customer needs in detail.
