RESOLUTION NO. 3 S. 2017

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE ONAS VICE GOVERNOR OF THE

PROVINCE OF BATANGAS FOR FUNDING OF THE PROVISION OF TWO LED
TELEVISION TO BUCANA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, NASUGBU WEST DISTRICT ,
NASUGBU, BATANGAS.

WHEREAS, providing these multi-media equipment for daily teaching-learning

process will improve flexibility in classrooms like the use of videos , photos captured in
laptop in order to augment every lesson.
WHEREAS, Bucana Elementary School lacks sufficient funding to be able to procure
the LED TV for every classroom.
NOW THEREFORE, The Parents Teachers Association in meeting duly held
Resolves as of hereby Resolved requesting the Hon. Onas, Vice Governor of the Province of
Batangas, for funding of the project: Provision of LED TV for BUCANA ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL, NASUGBU WEST DISTRICT, NASUGBU, BATANGAS.
RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this RESOLUTION be forwarded to the Office
of the Vice Governor Onas for implementation and favorable consideration.

THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS FOR FUNDING THE ACQUISITION OF ICT EQUIPMENT: 3 IN 1
PRINTER AND 1 UNIT OF LED TELEVISION OF PAPAYA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, NASUGBU,
BATANGAS.

WHEREAS, the said items will help to improve the quality of education of pupils in PAPAYA
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

WHEREAS, PAPAYA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL lacks sufficient funding to be able to avail 3

in 1 printer and LED Tv.

NOW. THEREFORE, The Parent Teachers Association in meeting duly held RESOLVES as it
hereby RESOLVED requesting the honorable Hermilando Mandanas governor of the province of
Batangas for funding of the project : Acquisition of ICT Equipment for Papaya Elementary School,
Nasugbu West District, Nasugbu, Batangas.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Office of the
Honorable Governor Hermilando Mandanas for information and favourble consideration.
