 FOREWORD

It has often been asked by inquiring students of Truth, “What are the vision,
realization, and objective back of the old-new Messianic Message – the Message that has
been recorded during the last twenty-five years and published in the form of pamphlets
and books?” In answer to that question this handbook has been prepared.
This synoptical treatise will not only help all our Messianic students to grasp the
fundamental principle more quickly, but will also help our prospective teachers and
missionaries to give this message to the world with a greater and more positive
assurance.
The Messianic Message is a message of human freedom. It has given many a man
and woman the inspiration to think and write daringly and fearlessly. It maintains that
man is not apart from Providence (The Creative Principle of the Universe), but that he is
together with It.
It reasons that man must have come from something that contained the possibility
or potentiality of man. That something could not have been apart from man. In fact, it
must have been the potential man himself, not as a mere form but as a thinking,
reasoning, individual being. If we take it for granted that there was a time when man was
not in existence, we are compelled to admit that there must have been a final something
which was the cause of his manifestation.
The thinking, reasoning, creative being, man, could not have come from totally
unintelligent matter. Even to arrive by analysis and experiment at the conclusion that man
is an accidental chemical product is to attribute power to something greater than man
himself, for the very reason that man has not created himself. Then again, we are
compelled to admit that man must be a definite, intelligent being or else his conclusion
regarding his own origin would be worthless. Here arises the question, “How can the
accidental chemical product, man, be so sure of his observations, reasoning, and
conclusions?”
Hence we maintain that that which has projected man out of itself can neither
discard nor destroy him, because it would be discarding or destroying itself, which
cannot be. So man has no fear as to whither he is bound. He can go to only one place –
that is, to return to the source from which he has come. When and how, it does not
matter. Then why worry and fear about your future! Keeping harmony with the rest of the
creation, dare and do that which you are destined to do, and thus fulfill your divine
destiny. “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

THE HISTORY of the world proves that civilization is not going backward, in
spite of its many faults. As a matter of fact, it is going forward. However, we have
learned to judge it by a higher standard. The higher the civilization, the freer it is from
ignorance, superstition, prejudice, and human slavery. Compared with that of the past,
our modern civilization is a great improvement.
In accordance with the unfoldment of human consciousness, new revelations of
Truth are ever coming through the appropriate agencies. Each succeeding revelation is
clearer and greater than the one before. The same is true of all inventions. Therefore we
maintain that Christ’s revelations of today must be greater than His revelations of twenty
centuries ago. We also maintain that today’s revelations of the Eternal Christ are coming
through human souls not only in the way of better understanding and enlightenment, but
also by way of our modern scientific discoveries and inventions. Twenty centuries ago
Christ said:
“I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for
he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he
will shew you things to come.
“He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.”
(The Gospel of John, Chap. 16, 12-14 inclusive.)

The following are the cardinal points of the New Messianic World Message:

1. YOUR POWER TO CONCEIVE GOD, IS GOD.

If this were not so, God would be your conception, less than your power to
conceive. But that cannot be.

2. AS A HUMAN BEING, YOU ARE THE INFINITE MANIFEST IN THE FINITE.

In other words, you are a self-conscious expression of the Infinite. This
knowledge will at once establish your conscious identity with God, giving you a sense of
immortality as well as a sense of togetherness with the Infinite. If you dwell upon this
stupendous thought and try to understand it, it will give you an instantaneous realization
that you are, as a human being, the Infinite in the finite. “I and my Father are one.” (The
Truth that you claim for yourself, you should also claim for all. No one is higher or lower
than another, in his essential nature. No one is greater than his Infinite Self. Your very
power to be conscious of yourself – your power to think, believe, and act – is your
Infinite Self.)

3. THAT WHICH YOU VALUE WILL VALUE YOU.

If you value the riches of God – success, health, happiness, freedom, and joy –
they will value you. On the other hand, if you value poverty, misery, misfortune, disease,
and slavery, they too will value you. Therefore it behooves you above all to value your
Infinite Life. See this Life in all beings and things and commune with It. To realize the
Infinite Life in all beings and things is to realize your Infinite Self. This does not mean
that you should worship any being or thing; it means that you should worship your God
in truth and in spirit. “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in
spirit and in truth.” To set people free from human slavery and misconception, Christ
Jesus said:
“Call no man your Father upon earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
“Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.” (The Christ
consciousness.)
“But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
“And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased: and he that shall humble
himself shall be exalted.” (Mat. Chap. 23, 9-12 inclusive.)
Be selfless, realizing that the Infinite is all.

4. YOU ARE THE BELIEVER OF YOUR BELIEFS.

You can believe whatever you please to believe, and you can manifest the quality
of that which you believe. But nothing will surpass the belief that you are the believer of
your beliefs and that you are a self-conscious expression of the Infinite. Then again, that
which you believe you are, the same you are to your self-conscious mentality. But you
surpass your belief, because you are the believer. A belief depends upon you for its
existence. Anything positive that you believe and dare to do, will be done, because it has
been eternally done by your timeless and beginningless Infinite Spirit. So do not hesitate
to do that which you are inspired to do today. Dare and do that which you are destined to
do. Have no fear. Providence is with you and is trying to help you. (Whatever you believe
becomes a reality to you. Whatever you believe, the same you manifest. Whatever you
make up your mind to believe, the same you can believe. Your imagination that a certain
belief is growing in your consciousness will help you to believe; or your imagination that
God Almighty–mightier than all powers–is helping you, will also help you to believe.

5. YOU ARE NOT BECOMING ANYTHING; YOU ARE SIMPLY REALIZING

THAT WHICH YOU ARE.
Through this realization you should express your self-conscious mental life fully
and copiously. That which you are bringing out through your mental life, eternally is.
There cannot be anything new to the Timeless, Eternal Being. Everything is eternally
repeating. Since your self-conscious mental life is a volitional one, you have the free will
to choose or to believe whatever you desire to. But your wrong belief or action is righted
by your own Infinite Self through reactive measures, which you commonly call acts of
retribution.

6. YOU CAN FIND ALL BEINGS AND ALL THINGS WITHIN YOUR MENTAL
KINGDOM.
Within your own mind you can attract and repel that which you desire to attract
and repel. That which you can imagine, you can realize. In the last analysis all your
knowledge and experiences are mental, since without your mental recognition a thing
cannot exist to you. Then in your mental kingdom (within your mind), imagine, vision,
and realize that which you desire, and act in accordance with your vision. If you continue
to vision and live the part within your mental kingdom, and to act accordingly, your
every positive desire will automatically be fulfilled in the objective, in accordance with
the providential plan. Your Infinite Life has made provision for all your normal needs in
expressing your life in this objective field of manifestation. Should you need friends,
comrade souls, or helpmates, send out a call for your own in the Omnipresent God,
believing and visioning that they are coming to you, and they will come. By imagining all
space as the conscious presence of God, you can quickly realize the Omnipresent God.
God has given your mind the power to contact, attract, and receive anything that you
desire. In this animated world of All-God, everything is responsive to your call. The
more you realize this truth, the more you demonstrate the eternal gifts of God to you.
Your action becomes God’s when you know that God is the only actor. (When you desire
to tune in with the right kind of people, just imagine and believe that you are tuning in
with them and that they are giving a mental response to your call.)
Do not take the passive attitude toward life that somehow a miracle will happen.
Christ Jesus was dynamic and vital in His application of Truth because He believed in the
ever active Universal Principle. He commanded the lame to walk, and they walked; the
blind to see, and they saw; and the dead to come back to life, and they came back. So
always be dynamic and vital in receiving and in giving the gifts of God. All things have
been eternally given to you. Now you must learn to accept them. As you cannot receive
food into your stomach unless you help yourself and eat it, so you cannot receive the gifts
of God unless you accept them by the exercise of your divine prerogative. (In the last
analysis the giver and the receiver of gifts are one.)

7. YOUR SELF-CONSCIOUS LIFE, THAT IS, THE SELF-CONSCIOUS

EXPRESSION OF THE INFINITE, IS FATALISTIC.
No matter what happens, always imagine your Infinite Self as leading you to the
realization of your own divine heritage. Always feel detached and selfless, realizing that
it is all the One Life’s play. Do not feel disappointed or discouraged if a thing does not
happen as you had expected, but realize that your Infinite Self is trying to right a wrong
course of action, and be happy in that realization. If a thing does not materialize in
accordance with your expectation, do not fret or worry, but await the development; soon
you will find that something has happened toward the solution of your problem. When
you are trusting and peaceful, your Infinite Self not only works through your mind, but
also adjusts all your wrong conditions. Only through your mental acceptance, and a sense
of peace and poise, can the Infinite act in the human plane. (That which is eternally done
in the Infinite Life is done through the human consciousness in accordance with man’s
mental acceptance.)
As a positive fatalist, you should always act under inspiration and with a carefree
mind, believing that you are being led by your Infinite Self. This mental attitude will
soon establish in your consciousness perfect harmony, peace, and a sense of poise. It will
also give you confidence and courage, and the daring to act in accordance with your
positive desires. The main function of your free will is to discriminate between truth and
untruth. (In your Christ consciousness you renounce not only the fruit of your action, but
the very action itself, because then you realize that God is the only actor, and that you
have nothing of your own.)
8. YOUR SPIRIT-LIFE IS EVER FREE, BIRTHLESS, DEATHLESS, SINLESS, AND
DISEASELESS.
The New Messianic World Message teaches that you should know and realize
that you are your Spirit-life, and be free from the idea of sin and death. You are forever
sinless and deathless. You are free right now. Whatever you have done in the past in your
mental and physical belief of life does not concern nor affect your Spirit-life. This
realization will at once set you free from the law of sin and death.
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who
walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
“For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of
sin and death.” (Rom. Chap. 8, 1-2.)
Always remember that when you function in the Christ consciousness you are not
going to be free, but you are free right now, in your Spirit belief of life. With this
realization you should renounce and forget all your past mistakes and begin to live the
life of the ever free Spirit. Then with the power of God in you, you should dare and do
that which you are destined to do. Both your positive desires and the fulfillment of these
positive desires are predestined – they are in accordance with God’s preordained plan.
Even when you try to defeat this plan, a reaction endeavors to set you right. Therein you
find barriers and obstacles. Through self-resignation, selflessness, trust, and faith in God,
you can save yourself much worry and care.

9. WHEN YOU HAVE A SUPREME REALIZATION OF YOUR SELF, YOU DO NOT

TRY TO CURE A DISEASE; YOU SIMPLY LIVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR
ETERNAL FREEDOM.
The New Messianic Message teaches that as Spirit you are ever free, and that
your body is made up of the Essence which is never affected by any disease. A disease is
merely a negative idea or impression in your mind. The more you bring your mental life,
that is, your mind, into conformity with the truth about your Self and your body, the freer
you become from your misconceptions. Only by claiming, daring, and living the life of
Truth do you become free from all misconceptions. A means or a method is merely an
expediency with which to meet an individual consciousness; it is Truth alone that can set
a man free from the misconceptions of fear, disease, and death. (It has been seen that
under spiritual inspiration not only is the cell life vitalized, but that it also develops a
great power of resistance to disease. This goes to prove that when the mind functions in
the absolute plane of Truth, it controls every negative condition that the body may
manifest.)
Most human beings are born with the body belief of life. Since this objective
creation is evolutionary and progressive, we cannot imagine or think that the body belief
of life is due to any retrogression in the human race. It may have been the eternal scheme
of the Infinite, first to manifest His self-conscious life with the body belief, and then to
evolve this into the Spirit belief of life. Saint Paul said, “The first man is of the earth,
earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.” (1st. Cor. Chap. 15, 47.)
However, such speculation has no practical value for us. Christ Jesus came to
give to the world a practical lesson on salvation, and not a speculative philosophy. He
found human beings submerged in utter darkness, and he offered them salvation through
spiritual regeneration; that is, through a spiritual concept of life.
 Although man’s body, since it is made up of the Spiritual Essence, is spiritual, its
objective manifestation is due to a chemical process. This process must have been in the
divine plan of creation. Hence we cannot identify the body with the Spirit of man, which
is birthless, deathless, and above all manifestations. Furthermore, in order to set a man
free from the belief of the flesh origin of life, we have to separate him from his body,
making him a creator or projector of the body. This not only gives him immediate
freedom from the ideas of race, color, and creed, but it also gives him dominion over all
conditions born of the body belief of life.
The idea of mine, thine, and yours, in the sense of separation from God, creates
selfishness, greed, envy, jealousy, pride, and prejudice. No matter how long it takes for
the human race as a whole to grasp the absolute Truth, we individually must not lose
sight of the supreme ideal state which is our common heritage. When we learn to accept
everything as belonging to the One Universal Life, we, as self-conscious expressions of
the Infinite, begin to live as God. Since our very life is God, we cannot possibly have any
separate existence. When we realize this truth, we live a God-conscious life, which is the
Eternal Christ.
Because of the different stages of human consciousness in this objective
manifestation, we provide means and ways for all the children of God to climb to the
absolute Christ consciousness. Under no circumstances do we compromise truth with
untruth. All explanations and philosophies become meaningless when you realize it is all
the One Life’s play.

10. THE REASON THE CREATION IS HERE IS THAT THE CREATIVE LIFE MUST
CREATE.
In other words, it is the nature of the Creative Life to create; otherwise, there
would be neither creator nor a creation. The very term creator presupposes a creation.
That which is the nature of the thing itself needs no explanation; it is self-evident. Even
man could not do a single thing unless he was endowed with the faculty and prerogative
of doing so. It is the nature of the human being to exercise all the faculties which
constitute his very human existence. Therein we find the explanation of the reason a man
can think and act either positively or negatively. When he acts negatively, in opposition
to his Fundamental Nature, a reaction occurs in the direction of the positive thought and
action. When the man realizes the true meaning and purpose of a reaction toward Truth,
he finds a quick readjustment. No matter what a man may do, he can never change the
positive fact of his being. That fact is that he is a self-conscious expression of the Infinite,
eternal and indestructible. Nothing will ever change the essential nature of man. (The
more man meditates upon his sinless, diseaseless, birthless, and deathless being, the freer
he becomes from fear, ignorance, and superstition. Spiritual vanity, which is born of an
exaggerated ego or a subconscious craving for recognition, then disappears. The “I am
holier than thou” attitude is also sheer spiritual nonsense.)

11. GOD IS NOT A SENTIMENTAL BEING. HE IS THE EXACT LAW.

When you conform to the Law, that is, the Fundamental Principle, you come to
live above the strife and struggle of the material belief of life. “For verily I say unto you,
Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all
be fulfilled.” (Mat. Chap. 5, 18.) No amount of hypocrisy, duplicity, or sensationalism
can give you that sublime freedom which comes through the realization of Truth. Sooner
or later the Law will adjust your wrong course of action by a reactionary measure. “Ye
shall know them by their fruits. . . .” “Be not deceived, God is not mocked.” So be honest
with yourself and your fellow men with regard to your belief and faith. Do not encourage
primitive instinct and superstition in the name of Truth. In this progressive age the light
of Truth will sooner or later destroy all error. You should not make a virtue of your
failure and defeat, nor should you condemn those who are a success. Neither should you
judge anyone. Always remember that the only man who does not make a mistake is the
man who does not do anything. So dare and do whenever you feel the inner urge to do
something great and good, because it is the will of God and the voice of the Almighty.
Leave the success or failure of the thing in the hands of your Infinite Self. Do not be
afraid to act in accordance with your positive vision. Do not forget that a human being is
a self-conscious, finite expression of the Infinite, and that as such he must express
himself. All expressions involve action – positive, definite, and determined.

12. WHEN YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE BIRTHLESS, DEATHLESS SPIRIT, YOU
AT ONCE BECOME FREE FROM YOUR MORTAL BELIEF OF LIFE. IT IS ONLY
NECESSARY THAT YOU HAVE THE COURAGE TO LIVE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH YOUR ETERNAL FREEDOM.
Do not, in the name of spirituality, build fences and barriers around yourself, and
then find a justification for breaking them down. Just live naturally in the assumption and
knowledge that you are Spirit. The more detached you are from the mortal belief of life
and the mortal effort to be spiritual, the more you will enjoy your eternal freedom. “Ye
shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

13. NO ONE CAN INFLUENCE YOU OR PUT A MENTAL BARRIER BEFORE

YOU.
Whatever barrier you find in your way, you yourself create through your mental
acceptance of it. The kind of mind you invite influences you. Why not then invite cosmic
minds, who are forever trying to help you and who are infinitely greater in love and
power than those who dwell in the valley of mortality? So do not take the things of the
mortal belief of life seriously. They are not real to eternal, indestructible Spirit. That
which is mortal can neither be a part nor be the essence of that which is eternal and
immortal. No man can harm you if you do not accept his negative challenge.
Furthermore, you can treat a man by speaking silently to him in order to establish peace
and harmony in his consciousness; thus you can set him free. You have also the
prerogative of asking him silently to depart from your mental life. If you believe and
vision that he is departing in peace, he will do so. You need have no fear as long as you
abide in God’s Truth. You should live and let others live, realizing that all beings belong
to the One Universal Life. If you stay up in the consciousness of Eternal Spirit and do not
look for any trouble, you will have no trouble. If anything comes to frighten you, do not
be afraid. Look at it in the light of Truth, and it will melt away. That which you refuse to
accept, disappears from your consciousness.

14. EVERY MAN MUST EXPRESS HIS LIFE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAN
PREORDAINED FOR HIM.
 In this respect each man is individualistic. But he is together with all lives in his
realization of the oneness of all lives. Therefore we maintain that the expression of each
individual must help the rest of his fellow men and must under no circumstances hinder
their progress.

15. THAT WHICH YOU THINK DIFFICULT, WILL BE DIFFICULT TO YOU.

There cannot be anything difficult to God—your Infinite Self. Since your life
belongs to God, let Him do His work through you. “My Father worketh hitherto, and I
work.” That which you believe God does for you, the same he does, for the reason that
your God and you are one. (Do not imagine that which you do not wish to happen.)

16. YOUR BODY IS CONTROLLED BY YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS IMPRESSIONS,

INHERITED AND ACQUIRED.
Cultivate the belief that your body is made up of imponderable substance, and
that you can mould and regulate it in accordance with your vision and realization. That
which you create in ignorance, you can destroy by the light of your knowledge. With
your renewed consciousness as ever free Spirit you can have dominion over all the
conditions of your mortal belief of life. (Believe and vision that the knowledge of Truth
is growing in your consciousness.)

17. YOU SHOULD NOT EXALT A NEGATIVE CONDITION.

That which you claim will claim you. If you exalt a negative condition, you will
never be able to free yourself from it. In the Eternal Principle of the universe no negative
condition can exist. A negative condition is darkness – an emissary of Satan (false
belief). You should command it to depart in the name and realization of the Allness of
God, saying, “You are not Truth, nor are you reality. I command you to depart.” You
should always be thankful for the light that you receive, but not for a negative experience
or condition.

18. IF YOU MANIFEST A NEGATIVE CONDITION DUE TO YOUR PREVIOUS

NEGATIVE SUBCONSCIOUS IMPRESSIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT TOLERATE IT.
With the realization that you are ever free Spirit, you should command that
negative condition to depart from your mind, believing and visioning that it is departing.
Your mind cannot retain that which you do not claim. When you are under a negative
condition, do not rack your brains to ascertain the cause of it. It is enough to know that it
is a result of a negative subconscious impression, no matter how and when you may have
received that impression. Sometimes a negative impression may be transmitted to you by
those with whom you are associated, and again you may take it from your own wrong
thinking. But your vital interest is to be free from any such negative impression, and not
to determine its source or its cause.
If you lack the supreme realization of your Infinite Self, you can imagine that the
voice of the Eternal God is saying to you, “You are ever free, and no negative condition
can ever affect you.” If you desire to be more specific, you can imagine that the voice of
God is coming from the so-called afflicted part of your body and saying to you, “This
part of your body is ever perfect and free; it is made up of My substance.”
 Due to previous subconscious impressions your own affirmation of Truth may not
be so effective. But when you imagine hearing the voice of God, you receive not only a
quick mental uplift, but also the realization of the eternal perfection of Yourself. The
New Messianic Message has given us this wonderful revelation in place of the old time
affirmations. All those who are suffering from negative conditions of any kind and who
find it difficult to rise above the domination of the race subconscious, will find great
comfort in this new revelation.

19. CHRIST HAS REVEALED TO US A NEW SCIENCE OF PRAYER, IN

RESPONSE TO THE DEMAND OF THIS PROGRESSIVE AGE.
It is now commonly known that prayer is nothing but the soul’s sincere desire.
Since all our positive desires and aspirations have been eternally fulfilled, why can we
not imagine hearing the eternal answer to our prayer as coming from our Infinite Spirit?
“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that
they shall be heard for their much speaking.
“Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have
need of, before ye ask him.” (Mat. Chap. 6, 7-8.)
Therefore by imagining the eternal positive answer as coming from God, you
raise your consciousness more quickly to the plane of the fulfillment of your prayer. The
man who knows the Truth always hears the voice of God. That which he hears, the same
he manifests. Meditate upon the last thought and realize this divine mystery.

20. FOOD AND DRINK DO NOT MAKE ANYONE SPIRITUAL.

Man is Spirit, and therefore he is forever spiritual. God has given us, in this
conscious expression of life, all things for use, and not for misuse. Consequently
overeating and overdrinking are sins against the normal and spiritual expression of life.
Therefore we maintain that moderation in all things is in accordance with the divine plan
and divine order of things. Body-bound people make laws as to what they should eat and
drink in order to be spiritual According to the teaching of Christ, the real man is forever
spiritual, though his mental life is affected in accordance with his thought. Therefore
Jesus said, “Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh
out of the mouth, this defileth a man.” (Mat. Chap. 15, 11.) Envy, jealousy, the unkind
and the ungodly thought, all forms of sensuality, pride, and prejudice—these defile a
man’s mind, and not that which he eats and drinks. That which bedarkens the spiritual
vision is opposed to every ordinance of God. By attaching undue importance to non-
essentials, even in the name of spirituality, many are plunging into the deeper darkness of
mortal belief. That which you think and believe becomes a part of your mental life. Are
you thinking God, or food and drink?
That which you do not want to eat, do not eat. That which you do not want to
drink, do not drink. You should not make your God out of your food and drink, nor
should you be a slave to them. “Unto the pure, all things are pure.” Nothing has been
intended for abuse. You should always remember that the power that digests food is
infinitely greater than the food that you eat, and that this power is God. When a man finds
his identity with this power, he becomes Christed, and then he walks after the Spirit. He
does not follow the time-worn, slavish customs of his forefathers.
 How can a man be free when he encourages the very things that hold him in
bondage? Only by renouncing all things of the flesh concept of life, can a man be free
and come to dwell in his spiritual consciousness. All things in this universe have been
made of the essence of Spirit. In that realization is the only freedom from the flesh.
Therefore we say you should not make other people’s bondage your bondage and other
people’s abuse your abuse. You become free by your own right. We should always
remember that Truth cannot be limited by any condition, personal claim, or individual
opinion, nor by one’s dogma, creed, or narrow scope of life. The Creator of all things
cannot be bound down by any of His creations. It is only the self-deluded man who tries
to make Truth subject to time, condition, country, clime, human passion, prejudice, and
ignorance.
Do not argue with any man who is a victim of his own benighted belief. No
amount of argument will ever change him if he does not want to change himself. He
would rather go through sorrow, suffering, and uncertainty than give up his pet hobby or
belief. That which a man believes, the same he realizes and expresses. By looking at a
man and conversing with him for a few moments, you can tell what his belief has done
for him. You need no further proof. The slave, due to a generations-long habit, is
perennially chasing a false god. In the world of All-God–the animated world–he sees
nothing but emptiness, darkness, and death. The Christ consciousness alone can resurrect
his dead hope and open his eyes to see the glorious kingdom of All-God Within and

WHAT FOLLOWS CONTAINS FURTHER ILLUMINATION ON THE FOREGOING POINTS,
TOGETHER WITH ADDITIONAL BRIEF PRESENTATIONS OF MESSIANIC TRUTH AND
PRACTICE

IN ANCIENT times the privileged classes, in conjunction with the temple priests, taught
their slaves and vassals that it was the will of God that they should sacrifice all their
desires, aspirations, and possessions to the service of their liege lords, and that they
should deny themselves all personal comfort and happiness in life in order to earn an
eternal rest in heaven. From this ungodly doctrine originated the myth of the divine right
of kings and the saying that the king could do no wrong. Later on, this doctrine was
idealized and the descendents of the slaves through successive generations followed it as
a part of their religious duty. When Christ Jesus saw that more than eighty per cent of the
people were living not only in virtual slavery, poverty, and shame, but also in abysmal
moral and spiritual darkness, he brought to them the message of salvation through
spiritual regeneration. He was the first world teacher to preach the gospel of true
democracy. When these moral slaves heard the gospel of freedom, they were afraid to
accept it; but their masters rose in arms against the man who came thus to abolish every
form of human slavery. Even in this day and age, slavery of a mental and intellectual
kind has not ceased. It is revealing and uncovering itself the world over, so that even in
so-called civilized countries thousands are doing violence to their spiritual nature in the
name of religion and truth. Jesus said:
“But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom
of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are
entering to go in.
“Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that
the outside of them may be clean also.
“Woe unto you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited
sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s
bones, and of all uncleanness.”
Realizing the ignorance of the popular mind with regard to food and drink, again
He said:
“For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He hath a devil.
“The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man
gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified
of her children.”
In his epistle to the Romans Saint Paul said:
“Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
“For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
“Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let him which eateth not
judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
“Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth
or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.”
Jesus taught the people that spirituality did not consist in what they ate or drank,
provided they practiced moderation. He also implied that all gifts of the Infinite Spirit are
spiritual and that they should be used in accordance with one’s normal need. Real
spirituality consists in an inner knowing of Truth. Since one man’s food is another man’s
poison, each man should use discrimination as to what kind of food or drink is best suited
to his particular nature and state of consciousness. Jesus also implied that Truth must be
all powerful, or it is nothing. If Truth is unable to help you today, how can you expect it
to help you tomorrow? You must accept your salvation and the Kingdom of God today.
Everything depends upon your understanding knowing. Therefore there is no tomorrow
to that knowing. Everything that you experience must take place today. In eternity’s
today, that which is, forever is.
(When your nature gives warning that you are overeating or are overdoing
anything, you should fast; that is, you should refrain from doing that thing until your
system is normalized. Whether it is in work or play, the study of Truth or the pursuit of
your vocation in life, you must never overdo. Your life is here for the harmonious
expression of all the faculties that God has given you. Only through the harmonious
expression of life can you maintain your mental and physical balance. The study of Truth
is not merely for the purpose of acquiring speculative knowledge, but also for the
purpose of knowing how to live, think, and act in harmony with the Creative Principle of
the universe. In the last analysis, all your legitimate expressions of life are God’s
expressions. In other words, God is expressing Himself through His human creation.
Therefore we maintain that man’s every positive creation is God’s creation.)
The reason Jesus the Christ is regarded as the greatest spiritual light that ever
came to the world, is that he removed all objective barriers between man and God, thus
completing that which other world-masters and teachers had failed to complete. He was
the first spiritual teacher to offer humanity an unconditional salvation. According to His
teaching, no special place, time, food, drink, condition, or station of life is necessary for
the realization of God. Through the Christ consciousness man can at once realize his
unity with God. The only barrier that stands between man and God is the barrier that man
creates himself, either through lack of understanding or through a willful refusal to accept
Truth. Except as an expediency, no mountain, valley, solitude, temple, church, cathedral,
or synagogue is necessary for realizing God. Yet it is infinitely better to associate with
that which inspires your faith and trust in God than that which keeps you constantly in
spiritual and moral darkness. According to the Messianic Message, your religious
practices are none of them for the sake of finding the Truth, but for the sake of stabilizing
your intellectual knowledge of the Truth through the Christ (consciousness). Your
Infinite Self is that Truth.

Every state of human consciousness is personified. We are all personifying our

respective states of consciousness. In this sense the Eternal Christ was personified in
Jesus. Christ is that state of knowing which recognizes that God is the one and only Life.
Therefore Christ is the only way, life, and truth. We are becoming Christed in the
measure that we realize the Truth of Christ.

 The New Messianic Message declares that you cannot escape from God, whether
you are a believer or an atheist. Your very power to deny or to doubt the existence of
God, is God. It also maintains that the denier IS, before he can deny his own existence or
the existence of anything else. Therefore the real man – the power to deny – is not a mere
myth or an illusion. This power to deny God must be God, or God would be less than the
power to deny. Only in our individualized expression of this power do we differentiate
ourselves from the power, which is infinite and eternal. That with which man judges,
argues, discriminates, reasons, decides, is above and greater than his judgment, argument,
discrimination, reason, and decision.

Make your action God’s action by renouncing to God not only the result of your
action, but also the very action itself. When you realize that God is the All-Power and the
Creator of all creations, you attribute all your actions and results to Him. This realization
makes you detached and free. Christ said, “My Father worketh hitherto, and I work…..I
can of mine own self do nothing.” This message of Christ is an improvement upon, and
an addition to, the message of Krishna of India, who taught men to renounce only the
fruit of their actions.

The conscious knowing and the physical body of man evolve. But the Spirit of
man remains ever fixed and permanent. The more man understands his true nature, the
freer he becomes in the human plane.

According to the teaching of Christ, a quality or condition that you imagine and
vision as growing in your consciousness will grow, and the same you will manifest. Since
in your self-conscious mental life you manifest all your qualities through your mental
acceptance, it is your divine prerogative to accept any quality that you may desire. The
quality that you imagine and believe you are accepting, the same you do accept.

If you see your mind as free from a negative condition, that condition will cease
from its manifestation, since it is through your mind that, either consciously or
subconsciously, you know or feel a condition. When you imagine your mind as free from
a certain condition, it becomes free. Similarly (as already stated above), if you desire to
manifest a certain condition, see that condition in your mind, and you will manifest it.
This is the creative law of God in the human kingdom.
Do not fret or fuss when you desire to eliminate a condition from your mind or to
impress another condition upon it, but act intelligently and understandingly.

 If two of you mutually agree to do a positive thing in accordance with the
preordained plan of God, you should regard it as a holy covenant. Under no
circumstances should you betray this trust. Do not undertake to do anything in ignorance.
In the light of Truth everything becomes clear.

If you want to be happy you can be happy, by your divine right. No outer
condition can give you any prolonged happiness. Your Infinite Self is the eternal joy. So
make up your mind to be happy, realizing that nothing of this world can rob you of your
happiness, since happiness is a part of your Fundamental Nature. The more you realize
and appreciate that which you have within yourself, the richer and fuller becomes your
self-conscious life. Health, happiness, joy, and peace eternally belong to your Infinite
Self—your power to feel and to know all positive conditions. Now realize this sublime
Truth through your discriminative thinking.

A condition that you do not like, you have the power to discard. Do not aggravate
the condition by exaggerating its relative importance. If you cannot cope with it, then
give it to God to dispose of, and feel your freedom in that giving.
Always look to your Infinite Self to guide you to the fulfillment of your divine
destiny. Look only for those who belong to your individual expression of life, and you
will be happy. The less importance you attach to negative things and conditions, the less
important they become. So do not encourage a negative condition in yourself or in others
through the medium of gossip. Treat friend and foe alike with Truth by silently telling
them to realize their positive divine heritage.
As by doing you learn to do, so by realizing God you learn to realize Him. There
is no other royal road to the realization of God than this.

You must love one another. Love is the feeling of togetherness with that which
you love. When you feel together with God, or when you feel unity with any human
being, you love him. Love is also a holy attribute of God; therefore we call God Love.
When you feel a sense of togetherness with a person and a thrill of joy, you can also
realize God in that feeling. Thus you can translate all your positive feelings and
sensations into God. In the world of All-God, when you realize God in all your positive
actions, you glorify Him.

The New Messianic Message teaches that sorrow and suffering are not true to
God. Thus by remaining in sorrow and suffering with self-resignation, you are not
working out a special problem, nor are you becoming more spiritual. You are simply
becoming a fit subject for more sorrow and suffering. That which you constantly vision
and think becomes a part of your mental life. In ancient times the slaves were taught to
glorify disease, poverty, misery, misfortune, sorrow, and suffering, so that the masters
could enjoy all the good things of the world undisturbed. In this new age, with the
progress of enlightenment and understanding, we proclaim, through Christ, the master
consciousness for all. We refuse to accept any condition or thing that does not exist in
God. You do not need all sorts of negative experiences in order to learn and to appreciate
Truth. The only way you can know Truth is by dwelling upon it. The more you claim the
greater and better order of things, the more you will have the better order of things. That
is the principle psychological reason why you should disclaim poverty, ignorance,
indolence, disease, sorrow, and suffering. As a son of the King of Kings you should learn
to live with kingly dignity. So try to lift people out of degradation and poverty by setting
the right example. Do not try to win a passport to heaven by glorifying all unnatural
conditions. “For whosoever hath, to him shall be given and he shall have more
abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.”
If you exalt Truth, Truth will exalt you. Therefore we maintain that Truth has a
value. Its value is infinitely greater than anything of this world. So learn to appreciate and
value Truth. Do not make it as cheap as common dirt to the people who have learned to
value only the things of the world. No one values dirt.
If you want success, associate with successful people. If you want Truth,
associate with the lovers of Truth. You know from experience that if a successful
enterprise is entrusted to the care of a failure, that enterprise is likely to fail. So do not
encourage failure by glorifying it. God is the eternal success; this vast cosmos is the
evidence of that success. Therefore we maintain that when you accept God and dare and
do in accordance with your inner inspiration, you cannot fail.

Do not be over anxious to get ahead of anyone. No one is going to take your
place. Just work persistently and consistently in accordance with your vision and
inspiration. You can realize only that which you are conscious of attaining. You will
never be able to succeed on the inspiration and vision of other people, unless you make
that vision and inspiration yours. Whatever you feel the inner urge to do with a clear,
positive vision, that you can do. Do not let anyone compromise your vision. Anything
that you believe you can do, you can do, provided you have the courage and daring to act
in accordance with your belief.

Imagine that every atom of your body is saturated with the Presence of God – the
Final Universal Principle that first manifested your organic body. It will give you the
realization that the same Principle can renew your body. So imagine, vision, and believe
that it is renewing your body, and it will renew your body. The main thing to be
remembered is that God, since He could manifest your organic body out of Himself, can
also certainly renew it. After all, your organic body has been made out of God-substance.
 God becomes alive to you when you become conscious of His living Presence.
See the function of the living God in any organ of your body, and that organ will be
vitalized. All the conditions that have been created by your negative sub-conscious
impressions will be nullified.

Imagine and vision a perfect body in the Kingdom. Claim that body as your own
and function in it in your imagination, and you will come to manifest it.

* * * *

The same is true of your divine personality. Imagine, vision, and claim your
divine personality. Bid farewell to your world’s personality, and you will manifest your
divine personality.

Imagine your body as being the body of God and your mind as being the mind of
God; you will then realize the holiness of your body and mind.

* * * *

See yourself acting the desired part in the Kingdom, and it will be natural for you
to act the same part in the objective.

* * * *

If you have a positive and practical theory differing from certain established
ideas, you should act upon that theory and demonstrate it. The world’s progress has been
based upon new ideas that have been demonstrated. Do not be an idle dreamer or
visionary, but be a practical doer. Only by doing, do you learn to do.

The impersonal egotism born of the realization of the One Divine Actor does not
involve a man in any meaningless personal effort to prove his efficiency. It leads a man
through the path of detachment and renunciation to the field of eternal manifestations,
where peace, harmony, and order exist.

* * * *

That which you touch in your consciousness of God partakes of the quality of
your consciousness. Everything that is in close proximity to your consciousness is
constantly taking impressions of your consciousness. Even the cells of your body
instinctively transmit the quality of your consciousness to the cells of another body when
you bring them together. Similarly, your mind affects another mind when it is in tune
with it, and vice versa. Contact all beings and things through your consciousness of God;
they will then be impressed and elevated.

You can improve all your mental faculties and functions by talking to your mind,
or by imagining God as speaking to your mind. For instance, if you wish to possess a
good memory, give your mind a certain subject, thought, or idea, and then talk to it,
telling it to retain the same, and it will do so. A brief systematic practice of this with
concentration and a clear vision will give you the confidence that you have a good
memory. Similarly, you can speed up the action of your mind along any chosen line. The
quickness of your mental and physical actions depends entirely upon the strength of your
realization that you have the ability to act in that manner. Quickness of physical and
mental action can be attained through training, regardless of one’s personal habit or age.

Make every obstacle a stepping stone and every opposition an opportunity. Bless
those who oppose you in your good work, and realize that they give you the incentive
and the opportunity to glorify God. Their weakness is your strength, when you realize it.

If you fail to appreciate the gifts of God, either they will be taken away from you,
or you will be denied their use.

* * * *

Do not do anything grudgingly, but do everything cheerfully, forgetting loss or

gain. The law of compensation will not fail to meet you on the way.

* * * *

If you desire to realize oneness with the Universal Life, speak either to space as
being the conscious presence of God, or to your Spirit–the Animating Principle back of
you–in the following manner: “Lord, you are I, and I am you.” By keeping your mind on
God and continuing to speak, you will attain to the realization of oneness with the
Universal Life.

You can never remain in a tight place so long as your mind is open to God. The
Power that is managing this universe certainly can manage you and your affairs. If you
refuse to become frightened by a negative condition, you will never cease to receive ever
new inspiration, together with the direction as to what you should do next. If one place
does not support you, you should remember that another place is waiting to receive you.
If one person does not receive your message, another person will. Therefore under no
circumstance should you limit yourself to any place, condition, or people, if you desire to
spread this message of Truth. Do not be a martyr for any sentimental reason. If you have
not destroyed your spiritual vision through fear of the future, you will be able to see
hundreds of people waiting to receive you all over this world. They will gladly accept
you and your message, because they belong to you in accordance with the providential
plan. It is fear and lack of confidence and trust in Providence that make you shortsighted.
No bondage is greater than the bondage that you willfully impose upon yourself and upon
those who are associated with you. Nothing blinds your vision so completely as your fear
of the future. So do not fail to hold and to meditate upon the thought that your future is
just like today, and that it is always in the hands of Providence.
You are never old so long as the fire of the Creative Energy burns in your heart.
The more that you think of yourself as having this everlasting Creative Energy, the more
you will have it. It will never end, since it is the Essence back of this universe, and since
you are an expression of that Essence. Look at the sons of the slaves and see how they
are already dead or dying. Then again, look at the sons of God and see how they are
eternally alive. Which do you desire to be, a son of a slave or a son of God? Do not be
afraid; your today is just like eternity – through the cycles of time it never ends.

As I believe that I am predestined to give this new message of Christ, so I want

you to believe that you too are destined to spread this message or to do some great work.
Every work that you are inspired to do is great. I also want you to know that if you
believe that you belong to my world of expression and I belong to yours, you cannot
betray me and I cannot betray you, no matter what comes between us. In the plan of
divine love and justice, perfect understanding always prevails. So let us not judge each
other in accordance with the law of the flesh and the world, but let us judge in accordance
with the law of the Spirit and the preordained plan of God.

No honest effort of yours is ever wasted. Somewhere and sometime in this vast
cosmos, your every dream comes true. But when you make your life a matter of a few
days and your mental perspective a limited one, you accept everything in a narrow
significance, and thus you do violence to your spiritual nature and your spiritual
perception. Then you plunge headlong into the abyss of greed and selfishness. You want
to arrive at your desired destination by taking advantage of your fellow men. You forget
that in eternity’s today the law of compensation always meets you. If you have the good
fortune to reap your legitimate harvest today, do not let the madness of your self-
importance darken your spiritual vision. Always try to help those who have failed to
gather their good harvest. Give your helping hand to those who are lagging behind on
their onward march to God.

 Shakespeare, Galileo, Copernicus, Newton, Edison, Michelson, Millikan, and
other such great cosmic souls are not accidents of nature. “. . . for whatsoever a man
soweth, that shall he also reap.” Somewhere they all prepared themselves to receive and
to give their wonderful cosmic messages. If you prepare yourself today, you can do
likewise.

The Messianic Message teaches that, what others did through their personal
efforts during thousands of years, you can do in one lifetime, provided you understand
your divine destiny and follow the guiding hand of the Almighty. Always remember that
out of nothing, something cannot come, and that out of inert, unintelligent matter a self-
conscious discriminating being cannot come. Whatever you may call that Ultimate
Reality, you cannot escape from it. That which is, must be in this Final Something, or it
could not exist. It must be some kind of expression of that Something. The self-existing
Principle must include all.
In whatever you do, there must be a power-to-do. Whatever you believe or do not
believe, always remember, the doer is the Lord – the only God and the only Reality. This
meditation will keep you free from the nightmare of death and darkness.
 MESSAGE
OF THE NEW AGE
TO THE NEW RACE
YOUR VERY POWER TO CONCEIVE GOD IS GOD. If it were not so, God would be
less than your power to conceive. THE CONCEIVER – THE POWER TO CONCEIVE –
IS GREATER THAN HIS CONCEPTION, in the same sense that the Creator is greater
than His creation.
That which animates your mind and body is your conceiver. Without this power
you would be a nonentity. Hence, this power must be the real you.
Christ said, “I and my Father are one.” Your conscious aspect of life belongs to
your Superconscious You – your power to think, act, and know. Therefore you and your
Superconscious are one. An aspect of a thing does not change the essential quality of the
thing, no more than the electric light changes the true nature of the cosmic electricity.
You do not create God–the Creative Principle, which is your power to conceive–
but you create conceptions of your God. Heretofore, the people of the world have
generally created their concepts of God and have then worshiped these concepts. Some of
these concepts are in contradiction to one another; hence have risen dissensions, quarrels,
even bloodsheds in the name of God and religion. One man has fought another in the
belief that his concept of God is right and his opponent’s concept is wrong, without for a
moment realizing that a believer is greater than his belief. Without his power to believe,
man could not believe anything. This power is more important than all his beliefs,
because he can change his beliefs, but he cannot change his power to believe.
Man’s power to believe cannot be a chemical product, since it cannot be reduced
to any other element. Therefore it must be a fundamental and final something. The power
that can think, discriminate, observe, experiment, and create cannot be a product of
anything less than itself. This fundamental power can project only that which is in its
inherent nature. That is the explanation for its various animal creations and its different
modes of action.
The power in its thinking human expression can think and consciously know
itself, but it cannot change its essential nature by its thought. When man knows that he
and his power to think are one, he simply identifies himself consciously with his
Superconscious Infinite. That is one of the prerogatives that man has as a self-conscious
expression of the power. Man may exercise any of his prerogatives, but he cannot change
his essential nature.
When you realize your particular concept of God, you still remain apart from your
God, because you move away from your center of conception. Even though, due to much
self-sacrifice and many austere practices, you may realize your oneness with the
Universal Creative Principle on the assumption that you and your God are one, you still
have to follow that restricted path to maintain your realization. This does not give you
much opportunity for self-expression. Moreover you find yourself bound by the very
conditions that enable you to realize your oneness with God. Therefore you are
compelled to make those conditions a part of your dogma.
 If you spend all your life in quest of God or in meditation and contemplation of
God, you will have no time in which to express the life for which you have been
projected by your Infinite Yourself—the animating power back of your mind and body.
The very creation with its multitude of beings and things must be the expression of the
Great Expressor – the Creative Life – or else it could not have been here.
Those who have made meditation and contemplation the main purpose of life
have invariably sunk into a state of inertia. In order to escape the reality of life, they
sometimes postulate that this creation is an illusion. Yet they are unable to tell us whose
illusion it is or when and how it originated. If the Absolute Truth is the only reality and
nothing else is true, who then is responsible for all your conceptions, ideas, and
philosophies?
No bondage is greater than the bondage that you impose upon yourself. No self-
denial or self-sacrifice can ever set you free from your own idea and belief. No concept
of God can give you the same mental stability as can the realization that you and your
power to conceive God are one.
When you know that your very power to conceive God is God, your realization of
oneness with God becomes almost instantaneous. You are not creating any barrier
between yourself and your God, hence you do not find any barrier. You do not
unnecessarily waste your time in vague meditation and contemplation, nor do you
encourage a senseless fear of your future. With the realization of your oneness with God
you at once learn to express your life in accordance with the foreordained plan of God.
The conceiver of religions is the only unifying principle in all religions. Hence the
New Messianic Message is the only religion that is unifying by its very nature, because it
is based on something which is above and beyond all concepts. Therefore in this message
you find there is no cause for misunderstanding or intolerance on the grounds of religious
belief. You can meet all the children of God, irrespective of their religious concepts, on
the universal plane of the conceiver – the power to conceive. The conceiver in all men is
alike because it is the functioning power without any description or restriction.
The most practical point in this new message lies in the fact that when you rest
your conscious mind on your Superconscious Power – the Animating Principle back of
your mind and body – you receive timely inspiration and direction. Ordinarily your
conscious mind functions under the influence of your subconscious impressions,
inherited and acquired. That is the reason that many a time you do not find a right
perspective of your self-conscious mental life. But when you rest your conscious mind on
your Superconscious Power and have perfect peace, your conscious mind begins to
function Superconsciously.
This new message has come to give you power and dominion over all things of
this world, at once setting you free from your age-long bondage of ignorance and
superstition.
Dear children of the new dawn, I salute you in the name of the Illumined One.
