PART-TIME FACULTY CONTRACT

I, Mrs. Bernadette Palatino-Flordeliza, PTRP, RN, MAN, of legal age and resident of
PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, PALAWAN, hereby fully bind myself as Part-Time Faculty
Member of Seminario de San Jose, College Department, for School year 2015-2016, after which
this contract will automatically lapse unless expressly renewed in writing. I further bind myself
to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. I hereby accept as part of this Contract all applicable provisions set in the Handbook of
Seminary Formation, school policies, standards, rules and regulations, memoranda and
directives of the school administration that have been or thereafter promulgated;
2. I agree and understand that according to existing College plantilla as per my
qualifications and teaching experience, I am ranked as Part-Time;
3. I hereby accept P180.00 per hour as my rate for the honorarium during the period of this
Contract and will receive an accrued honorarium every third week of the subsequent
month;
4. I will meet the deadlines set for the submission of required reports and papers in the
department;
5. I will attend all faculty meetings, academic convocations, and such other official
seminary activities at which my employment will be required by the School Head and/or
his representatives;
6. I agree and understand that I shall not resign from, abandon or otherwise leave, in
whatever manner that can be construed as breach of contract, my employment in
Seminario de San Jose during the period for school year 2015-2016: June 22, 2015 to
April 21, 2016;
7. The Seminary shall, at the expiration of the Contract, may renew or let the Contract
expire; and
 8. It is an expressed condition hereof that, this Contract shall have a prospective, and not a
retroactive effect and shall become effective between the parties only from the time it is
signed by the School Head and the Faculty Member herein.
