Langkah-langkah

I. Pembuatan Kipas
1) Pertama buatlah Pola pada CD menjadi 8 bagian
2) Kemudian gunakan Gunting untuk menyesuaikan Pola.
3) Selanjutnya panaskan menggunakan lilin, dengan cara menggoyang - goyang dan di pelintir
4) Sehingga terbentuklah pola seperti kipas angin atau bisa lihat gambar berikut
5) Selanjutnya kita lubangi gabus dengan menggunakan kawat
6) Masukkan gabus yang telah dilubangi kedalam kipas yang telah kita buat tadi
7) Kupas kabel USB dan potong kabel yang berwarna Hijau dan Putih, Sehingga yang akan
tersisa adalah Kabel warna Merah dan Hitam. Kabel yang berwarna Merah ini adalah (+5V)
dan yang berwarna Hitam adalah Ground (0V).
8) Selanjutnya masukkan kabel berwarna Merah dan Hitam tersebut pada terminal kabel
9) Masukkan terminal kabel dan kabel dalam selongsong
10) Hubungkan kabel Motor DC pada terminal kabel, ingatlah bahwa kabel yang berwarna
Merah ke positif (+5V) dan yang Hitam ke Ground (GND)

II. Pembuatan wadah cool fan

1) Desain lubang pada kardus menggunakan pensil seperti pada gambar
2) Potong desain menggunakan cutter
3) Bila mau, hias sisi atas kardus agar lebih menarik

III. Perakitan cool fan

1) Kita membuat 2 kipas, jadi rangkaikan secara paralel kabel usb pada kedua kipas
2) Posisikan Kipas didalam kardus sesuai gambar
3) Setelah itu, kita rekatkan dengan selotip
4) Kemudian, keluarkan kabel USB keluar melalui lubang disamping pada wadah
5) Terakhir, tutup kembali sisi bagian atas

h. Cork or Used Bottle Caps (size according to the circular hole CD)

Steps by step

I. Making Fans

1) First, create patterns on a CD into 8 pieces

2) Then, use scissors to cut the pattern.

3) Next, preheat using candles. When heating shake and twist slightly on each part on CD

4) So, is formed the pattern such as a fan or could see the picture

5) Next, we created a hole in the cork using wire

6) Enter the cork that has been hollowed into the fan

7) Next, Peel USB cable. Then, cut the wires are colored green and white, so that will be left is
the Cable Red and Black. Red colored cables are phase (+ 5V) and the color Black is Ground (0V).

8) Next, enter the Red and Black colored wires on the cable terminal

9) Connect the DC motor cables with cable terminal, remember that the cables are colored red
to positive (+ 5V) and Black to Ground (GND)

II. Making the place of CoolFan

1) Design a hole in the cardboard using a pencil as in the picture

2) Cut out the design using a cutter

3) When you want, decorate the top of the box to make it more attractive

III. Assembling the CoolFan

1) We make two fans, so connect the USB cable in parallel on both the fan

2) Position the fan in the box corresponding to the image

3) After that, we paste it with tape

4) Then, the USB cable out through the hole on the side

5) Finally, close the top and finished
