The internal market can be segmented based on job role - considering the

stakeholders with whom an employee interacts. The author identifies four key
groups:
Contactor - Have frequent contact with the customer or stakeholder and must
be well versed in the firm's marketing strategies in order to represent the
brand
Modifier - People such as receptionists and telephone operations who also
have direct contact, but generally for a brief amount of time. They should be
able to represent the brand well during this brief amount of time
Influencer - People who have little to no customer contact, but whose work is
necessary to support the efforts of those who are in more frequent contact
Isolated - people who are fairly well isolated from contact with the outside
world, such as the payroll accounting department and desktop support. These
are utility functions within the firm, whose work is necessary to support others

Associates are encouraged to seek training through our annual performance


review system. The system, which includes mid-year and year-end career
discussions between associates and their managers, gives everyone the opportunity
to assess their annual performance against set goals and objectives. Associates and
managers discuss training and development and outline a plan for training and
enrichment. The associate and manager are responsible for ensuring that
the proper training is completed within the calendar year.

reimbursement available for degree-seeking undergraduate and graduate studies at
accredited colleges and universities.

Human Rights Policy

Human Rights Policy is guided by international human rights principles encompassed in


the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organizations
Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and the United Nations Global
Compact. The updated policy also aligns with the United Nations Guiding Principles on
Business and Human Rights endorsed by the UN Human Rights Council in 2011.
