The overall objective of ADEW is to empower women on

Economically Through providing group loans and individual loans to women and their families, along
with providing training opportunities and creating job opportunities.

Socially Through training women on negotiation skills and basic life skills such as: literacy,

Moreover, ADEW has other
objectives:
1. Developing new programs to cope with the
needs of the society, such as the Training and
Employment Program that helps in combating
unemployment, and the Vocational Training
Program that helps people get the needed life
skills for finding job opportunities.

2. Conveying the rights of FHHs and marginalized


groups to decision makers, and alerting
decision makers to any policies or laws that
discriminate against women.

3. Mobilizing the community through creating


Natural Leaders to be the key contacts between
the society and the governmental bodies.
