A Healthier Meal Based on the Calories/DVR's Recommendations, the Mcdonald's


meal is the healthiest option for me and the Backyard Burger meal
is the least healthy. In my own opinion, I think the best option for
me is Mcdonald's. I say this becuase I try to watch my calorie/fat
intake and that meal is the lowest in both. I also try to stay away
from high cholesterol and sodium meals due to having a heart
disease.
