I served as a Senior Call Center Operator for the national Center for
Disaster Fraud. My responsibilities included answering telephone calls
and taking complaints regarding ongoing fraud. As a Senior CCO, I had
the responsibility of training new CCOs, answering any work related
questions, and proofing fellow CCOs work.

2013
I assisted a Physics Department Professor in his on going research on
magnetic properties and pulsed laser deposition. I was able to work
hands on with magnetic materials and assisted greatly in data entry.
